Congress is attacking the Modi government after Congress state president Ajay Rai, who was going to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya, was stopped in a hotel. Congress alleges that the state president has been put under house arrest at Hotel Padmashree Palace. Ajay Rai had reached Ayodhya a day earlier with a 9-member delegation. Meanwhile, Congress has fiercely targeted the Modi government regarding theft of offerings.

Congress Rajya Sabha MP Jairam Ramesh made serious allegations against the government in a post on Twitter on Tuesday (June 30). He wrote, “The only dream of Modi ji and his associates is to chant the name of Ram, to become someone else’s property.” He further said that the entire country is saddened by the looting of donations in Shri Ram Temple.

Jairam Ramesh alleged that due to pressure from the countrymen, FIR was lodged after the SIT report, but even after so many days, the main accused are roaming freely due to their association with RSS-BJP. Jairam Ramesh also attacked the government for not allowing Congress leaders to go to the temple. He said that meanwhile, the dictatorial manner of house arrest of Congress leaders who were going to visit the temple of Lord Shri Ram is extremely condemnable.

‘BJP-RSS system busy in saving thieves’
Congress General Secretary said that the countrymen want immediate strict action against the culprits in this case, but the entire BJP-RSS machinery including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is busy in saving the thieves related to this donation theft case and suppressing the case.
