US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has given a big statement regarding the explosion near the Red Fort in Delhi. He said on Wednesday (11 November 2025) that this incident is a terrorist attack. Speaking to reporters during the G7 Foreign Ministers’ meeting held in Niagara Falls, Canada, Rubio said that India does not need any foreign help to investigate this attack.

Marco Rubio said that Indian officers are very efficient. This investigation is being done very thoughtfully and professionally. This was clearly a terrorist attack, in which a large quantity of explosives were kept in the car. He further said that America has formally offered help, but India is fully capable of handling this case on the strength of its own investigative agencies.

Discussion in the meeting of Jaishankar and Rubio

We have already been successful in transferring more than 90 percent payments between Russia and India to national currencies.
