Appealing to the people of Bihar, he said that people should not remain silent on these incidents and should demand answers from the RJD leadership. According to the rules, a list of at least 100 primary members is submitted to the Election Commission to form a new party. The names, addresses and affidavits of these members are also necessary to attach.

Apart from this, in order to maintain transparency in party registration process, the Election Commission applicant tells the party that it has to be published in at least two national and two local newspapers. Through this publication, the public or any other political party is given an opportunity to express objections. After registration, the party gets the right to contest elections, but it has to fulfill some additional conditions to get the status of national or state level party, such as achieving at least 6% of the total votes in a state in a state or winning a certain number of seats is necessary to become a recognized party.
