The report quoted the BCCI source as saying that, “Mohammed Shami is putting his full spell for Sunrisers Hyderabad but the board and selectors do not know whether he can bowl more than 10 overs in a day or not. There may be a demand from fast bowlers on England’s pitch that he can put a long spell, so no one can take any risk.”

Talking about this season of Mohammed Shami, he scored 180 balls in 9 matches, gave 337 runs and took only 6 wickets. His economy was over 11 (11.23).
