IND vs Eng Playing Xi Jasprit Bumrah: The second Test match between India and England is being played in Birmingham, in which England won the toss and invited India to bat. In this match, Team India Management has put its main bowler Jaspreet Bumrah out of the playing XI, instead of Akashdeep in the pace attack. After losing the toss, Shubman Gill said, “There have been 3 changes in our team. Nitish Reddy, Washington Sundar and Akashdeep have come in the team. Jasprit is not playing Bumrah. The reason for this is his workload management. We got a very big and good break and this is a very important match for us. When the third match will be in Lord’s, we can use them there.”

A big statement on Kuldeep also

Indian Test captain Shubman Gill also gave an important statement on not feeding Kuldeep Yadav. Team India has included all-rounder Washington Sundar in the final-11 instead of feeding the main spinner as Kuldeep. Gill said, “We were considering feeding Kuldeep, but in the last match our lower order batting was not good, so Sundar was selected to bring depth in batting.”

India 0-1 in the series

The India-England first Test began on June 20 at the Handingley Cricket Ground of Leeds. In that match, a total of 5 centuries were scored by India in both innings, due to which the Indian team had set a huge target of 371 runs in front of England in the fourth innings. But due to poor bowling and poor fielding, Team India could not defend the target from this mountain.
