Jaat CBFC Certification: Sunny Deol’s film ‘Jat’ is going to knock in theaters on 10 April 2025. The makers have suffered a major setback a day before the release. The censor board has put 22 cuts in the film and censored many words. The makers of ‘Jat’ will now have to remove many scenes of the film, so many scenes will have to be shortened.

‘Jat’ has been given a U/A 16+ certification after making 22 changes by the censor board. In Sunny Deol’s film, CBFC has replaced the 2 minute 6 second scene with a 1 minute 37 second scene. After this, according to the CBFC certificate, the total runtime of ‘Jat’ has now been 153.31 minutes i.e. 2 hours 33 minutes and 31 seconds.

Censor board scissors run on 10 scenes
CBFC has ordered the replacement of 10 scenes of ‘Jat’. These include two throat cuts, thumb cutting scenes, head cutting and blood -soaked head scene on a piece of snow, a statue of Jesus Christ in the church, wrong treatment with a child, Indian currency notes under crowds and a national symbol on the forehead of a character during the fight.

Many words of ‘Jat’ also have scissors of the sensor board. These include many abusive words.

• In a scene, ‘India’ has been replaced with the word ‘Our’.
• The word ‘Madarjat’ has been replaced by CBFC.
• CBFC has replaced ‘Central’ in the film with the word ‘local’ ..
• In many scenes, abuses have been removed and replaced with ‘Nirma’ and ‘shameless’.
• A dialogue has been replaced by ‘no account, no drink’.

In Sunny Deol’s film ‘Jat’, the censor board has also changed some more scenes. Many scenes have not been removed and some percent cut in them. The film has been removed from hand gestures and e-cigarette scenes. A scene has been replaced by ‘Mera Shoe Bolega Sorry’ dialogue. A woman police inspector humiliated and a male inspector’s woman has been reduced by 40%. At the same time, the violent scene cutting a body has also been reduced by 30%.
