Pakistan on indus water treatment: Pakistan has accused India of unilaterally weakening the Indus Water Treaty in the 25th Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC) session of the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The session focused on the subject of ‘Right to Water’, in which Pakistan’s permanent representative Syed Fawad Sher expressed concern about India’s attitude.

Pakistan said – India’s water policy will increase regional crisis
Syed Fawad Sher said in his address that an attempt to unilaterally change the rules of Indus Water Treaty by India can create a serious crisis for Pakistan, which is already facing water crisis.

He said that the right to water is not only legal, but also morally and socially important, and India’s strict stance can further increase the climate -related climate challenges in South Asia.

OC and International Forums Support
Fawad Sher also reminded that OC’s foreign ministers have already expressed concern about India’s decision. Apart from this, many countries and organizations of the world have appealed to continue the Indus Water Treaty. He reiterated that Pakistan will continue to raise this issue on international forums to protect its water rights.

India increased the speed of Indus water project
After the Pahalgam terror attack, the Indus Water Treaty is currently cold and in the meantime India has started working fast on four big hydropower projects in Jammu and Kashmir. According to the report of Hindustan Times, work is going on on the banks of the Chenab river on Pakal Dul, Kiru, Quar and Ratle projects. These projects can start between May 2026 to July 2028. Apart from this, the design of two more hydroelectric projects is also being prepared. India clearly says, till the Pakistan does not stop supporting terrorism across the border, these projects will continue to grow at full pace.

Pakistani airline blunder: A peculiar case has come to light in Pakistan, where a passenger going from Lahore to Karachi was accidentally sent to Saudi Arabia. The incident occurred on 7 July, when an electrical engineer named Malik Shahzain booked a ticket to return to Karachi from Air Seal.

Was returning home due to sick son
Malik Shahzain, who hails from Karachi, went to Lahore for office work. At the same time, he received information about his son’s health deteriorating, after which he immediately decided to return to Karachi from Lahore. After reaching the airport on time, he showed the boarding pass already booked and then sent to the lounge and gate.

Two aircraft, wrong checking and mistake international flying
At that time, two Air Sial aircraft were standing on the runway, one was going to Karachi and the other was Jeddah. According to Malik Shahzain, ‘Staff made me sit on a plane going to Jeddah without investigating. Two hours after flying, when the aircraft did not land, I was suspicious. By the time he realized the truth, he had reached Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.

Inquiries in Jeddah, goods reached Karachi
On reaching Jeddah, he was questioned by immigration officials for hours. When it was clear to the officials that this mistake was not of the passenger but the airline, then he instructed Air Sial to send Shahzain back to Pakistan. Meanwhile, Shahzain’s goods had reached Karachi, while he himself was stuck at Jeddah Airport.

Sent back to Lahore, asked to buy Karachi ticket himself
Instead of sending him directly to Karachi, the airline first sent him back to Lahore, and then it was said that now Karachi will have to buy tickets himself. Shahzain said, “I was returning to meet my ailing son, but I had to face 15 hours of trouble and had to face inquiries.”

Pardon or clarification has not been received yet
Shahzain said that the airline staff accepted their mistake, but so far no formal apology or clarification has been given. He said, ‘No cleanliness or apology was received from Air Seal. I am still waiting for the answer. Air Seal is a private Pakistani airline, headquartered in Sialkot.

Investigation started, such a mistake was not seen before
An official of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said that the investigation of this unusual incident has been started. The official said, “Sometimes passengers accidentally climb on the wrong flight, but this is the first time that a domestic passenger has gone into international flight.”

Tesla showroom in saudi: Electric car maker Tesla opened its first showroom in Saudi Arabia on Thursday. The company decided to open the showroom in Riyadh, Jeddah and Damam when its sales of cars have declined worldwide. The company’s CEO Allen Musk was heavy to work with the US government. Angry with their policies, many cars of Tesla were also lit in Europe and America, the showroom was also attacked. Along with all this, the company’s shares also declined.

Plan to open showrooms even in many more holes

Tesla’s Country Manager Naseem Akbarjada for Saudi Arabia said, “We are proud to be officially launched here today.” He also informed about the opening of the charging station in the three cities where the showrooms have been opened since Friday. Tesla’s showrooms will also be opened in many more cities.

Let us know that there is a strong diplomatic, strategic and business relationship between Saudi Arabia and America. Trump, along with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during his first term, emphasized the relationship between the two countries. Crown Prince also promised to invest $ 600 billion in American trade and investment during this period.

How much is EV demand in Saudi?

In Riyadh and other cities, a large number of people came to see it as soon as Tesla’s showroom opened. By the way, the demand for electric vehicles in Saudi is negligible because one is low (2.33 riyal or $ 0.62) here and another is the reason why big oil-cheated cars are dominated in the blazing heat here.

According to Business News Outlet Al-Iktisadia, although Saudi’s EV market is still small, but last year it increased three times to about 800 cars. Saudi’s economist Mohammad al-Khatani may welcome Tesla’s move, but together he also said, “We do not want the showroom, we want a factory.” We want to be a part of the production process, not just a conjugation. ”
