The High Court has taken a big decision regarding dilapidated schools in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan High Court has banned studies in more than 86 thousand classrooms of state government schools. The entry of children in these dilapidated classrooms has also been banned. The High Court said that these classrooms should be locked and children should not be allowed to go around them. The court has also said that by making alternative arrangements, children should be studied in other rooms.

The High Court clearly said, “If all the classrooms of a school are shabby, then alternative arrangements should be made for the education of the children there.” The education department of the Rajasthan government will have to arrange for this. ”Actually, the Rajasthan High Court is hearing automatically in the case of death of seven children due to falling school building on July 25 in Jhalawar.

Rajasthan government filed a reply in HC

In the last hearing, the High Court had asked the state government to file a report on the status of school buildings. The reply filed by the Rajasthan government in the High Court on Friday (August 22) was very shocking. It was told that more than 86000 classrooms of government schools are completely dilapidated and not worth reading.

86934 classrooms completely shabby in Rajasthan

The government report said that there are a total of 63018 schools in the state from first to twelfth grade. These schools have a total of 526262 classrooms. Of these, 86934 classrooms are completely shabby. Only 191713 classrooms are completely safe. Apart from this, there are 29093 classrooms that need to be repaired. Also, there are 5667 schools where the entire school is completely shabby and not worth the children to sit.

Asked Rajasthan government at many points

The High Court has now asked the Rajasthan government to respond that an accident like Jhalawar should not happen again and the education of children should also continue regularly. The court has asked what arrangements are being made for this. The court has also sought answers from the Rajasthan government at many other points.
The central government has also asked about not fully compliance with the pre -decided guidelines.

What did the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights?

A reply could not be filed by the central government till the time of hearing in the court on Friday. The court was told that his reply will be filed today. The National Child Rights Protection Commission told the court during the hearing that school buildings are also falling in all other districts of Rajasthan after Jhalawar.

Commission counsel Vagish Kumar Singh has informed the court about the collapse of school building in Jaisalmer, Tonk, Bara, Bundi and Pratapgarh districts. The Division Bench of the Haikourt will again hear the matter again on this matter.

The difficulties of the Rajasthan government have increased due to the accident in the school in Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The National Human Rights Commission has sent a notice to the Bhajanlal government of the state on Saturday (July 26).

The NHRC said that it has issued a notice to the Rajasthan government and the Superintendent of Police of Jhalawar in view of the fall of a government school building in the district. Seven students died and many others were injured in this accident. NHRC has sought a detailed report in connection with the incident in two weeks.

Automatic cognizance taken on media news

The NHRC said in a statement that it has taken cognizance of the “media reports automatically that on July 25, seven children died and 28 others were injured when a government school building collapsed in Jhalawar district of Rajasthan.”

Notice sent to Chief Secretary-SP

The Commission has said that if the media report is correct then it raises a serious issue of human rights violations. The statement said, “Therefore, the court issued a notice to the Chief Secretary of the Government of Rajasthan and the Superintendent of Police of Jhalawar seeking a detailed report on the case within two weeks.”

‘Report has compensation details’

The Human Rights Commission said that the report is expected to include the health status of the injured students as well as the details of compensation given to the relatives of the deceased (if any).

7 children lost their lives in accident

Let me tell you that a part of the building of Piplodi Government School in Jhalawar district collapsed before praying in the morning, which killed seven children and injured more than 25, some of which are critical.

The condition of the school was already told

Allegedly, the local people had informed the district officials about the ‘dilapidated condition of the school building’, but no action was taken.

The world of a woman was destroyed in a tragic accident in Jhalawar in Rajasthan on Friday (July 25). In fact, in the seven children who died due to the fall of the roof of the school, two children of a woman lost their lives.

Actually, in the village of Piplodi, the courtyard of a house where till a few days ago used to laugh at two siblings, now there is mourning there.

The funeral of five children killed in the accident was performed on the same pyre while the funeral of two children was separated separately.
Another woman who lost her child in the incident questioned the role of teachers present in the school at the time of the incident.

‘What were the master doing outside’

He said, “Master Saheb also goes to school. He himself went out and left the children inside. What were he doing outside?”
This incident has raised serious questions on the condition of infrastructure and systemic neglect of government schools in rural areas of Rajasthan.

The youngest child among those who died 6 years old

Seven children, including two siblings, died in the incident of collapse of a government school building in Piplodi village of Jhalawar on Friday. The youngest child of the children killed in this accident was only six years old.

The building of Piplod government school in Jhalawar district of Rajasthan collapsed on Friday (25 July) when the children were gathering in the prayer meeting. So far 7 children have died in this painful accident while 28 were injured, many of whom are in critical condition.

Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje along with her son MP Dushyant Singh reached the hospital and met the injured children and consoled the family members. At the same time, State Education Minister Madan Dilawar also assured all possible help from the victim families at the Manohar police station Community Health Center.

Vasundhara Raje enraged the negligence of the education department

Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje blamed the negligence of the education department for this accident. He said that if the department had identified the dilapidated school building and sent the children to a safe place in time, then this tragedy could have been avoided.

He demanded that all schools of the state be surveyed and identified dilapidated buildings and children should be transferred to safe places. Raje appealed to the incident as very tragic and appealed that politics should not be done in such cases and human sensibilities should be priority.

Performance, stone pelting and custody incidents

After the accident, angry villagers and family members of the deceased staged a protest outside Garadi Circle and SRG Hospital in Jhalawar and blocked the road. Congress leader Naresh Meena also participated in the protest, but the police took him into custody. During the protest, there was a stone pelting on the police, injuring a policeman. After this, the police dispersed the crowd using light force. At present, 20 children are hospitalized, out of which 12 are Jhalawar and 8 are in Manohar police station.

Government’s trust and relief promises

Education Minister Madan Dilawar went to the hospital to know the condition of the injured and assured the victim families of all possible help. He said that the families of the dead children will be given assistance from the government and there will be no shortage in the treatment of the injured. Meanwhile, Jhalawar SP Amit Kumar Budania said that the bodies will be handed over to the family today (July 26). Work has been started by the administration to investigate the accident and security measures.
