For the posts of Senior Resident, the candidate must have MD, MS or DNB degree in the relevant subject from a recognized institute in India. The candidate is also required to be registered with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

The maximum age limit of the candidate has been fixed at 45 years. However, reserved category candidates have been given age relaxation. SC/ST category will be given 5 years relaxation, OBC category will be given 3 years relaxation and Disabled candidates (PwD) will be given 10 years relaxation.

Candidates selected on these posts will get a salary of Rs 67,700 per month. This salary will be given under the Level-11 pay scale of the 7th Pay Commission. Along with this, other allowances like HRA, DA and medical allowance will also be given.

A fee of Rs 500 will be charged from General, OBC and EWS candidates to apply. The fee for SC and ST candidates has been fixed at Rs 250, while for disabled candidates the application is free. Fees can be paid through online mode only.

Candidates will be selected for Senior Resident posts in JIPMER on the basis of interview performance. Eligible candidates will be informed about the date and time of interview through email or website notification. It will be mandatory for the candidates to bring all their original documents and identity cards at the time of interview.

After this, fill your personal information like name, email ID, mobile number etc. in the Google Form that opens. Upload scanned copies of required documents. Pay the prescribed fees online. Then submit the form.
