Yogi government has given a big gift to the youth preparing for government jobs in UP before the New Year. Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission i.e. UPSSSC is going to recruit accountants on a large scale. On Tuesday, the Commission has issued an advertisement in this regard.

UPSSSC has released the recruitment notification for 7994 accountant posts in the Revenue Department yesterday. Online applications for this recruitment will be taken from 29th December and the last date for submission of forms has been declared as 28th January. This can be amended till 4th February. The application fee is Rs 25 for all categories.

For the posts of Accountant, candidates will have to submit their applications through the official website of the Commission, upsssc.gov.in. The Commission has already made it clear that only those candidates will be eligible for Lekhpal recruitment who have participated in the PET-2025 examination. This recruitment will be done on the basis of marks of Preliminary Qualification Examination-2025.

Age limit for accountant posts

Out of total 7994 posts of Lekhpal, 4165 posts are unreserved. 1446 posts have been kept for Scheduled Caste, 150 for Scheduled Tribe, 1441 for Other Backward Class and 792 posts for EWS. The age limit for recruitment has been fixed at 18 to 40 years. People belonging to SC/ST and other categories will be given age relaxation as per rules. Candidates availing the benefit of reservation will have to provide relevant documents.

Educational Qualification and other qualifications

To apply for the post of Lekhpal, intermediate or equivalent educational qualification of the candidates is required and under preferential qualification, minimum two years of service in Territorial Army and B certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC) will have to be given.

For this, a written examination will have to be given which will be of 100 marks. Hundred multiple choice questions will be given in this. The total exam time will be two hours and negative marking will also be done. The Commission has instructed the candidates to read all the terms and conditions properly before applying.

For this, orders have been given by the government to constitute UP Outsource Service Corporation under the Companies Act. Along with this, it has also been made clear that now the interview will not be required for the third and fourth category of outsourced employees.

A meeting was held by the UP Secretariat Administration under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, in which the concerned departments have been asked to give suggestions within four days. During this time, it has also been cleared that now the selection of third and fourth class employees in outsourcing will be on the basis of written examination, for this interview will not be required.

In the meeting, these instructions were given that applications will be taken from the registered people on the portal prepared by the servant department for the deployment of candidates. For this, services will be taken on the basis of family income to age, educational qualification, written examination and local level.

They will get priority in jobs

Widow, divorced and abandoned women in the third and fourth class posts of outsourced will give priority to the outsourcing agencies for this, the list of selected personnel will send the list of selected personnel to UP, out of which candidates will be selected and the personnel who are selected will issue the agency placement letter.

The secretariat administration has also determined the educational qualifications for grade one, two, three and forces in these jobs. The criteria have been set for outsourced service. According to which a written examination of hundred marks will be conducted. It has also been made clear that the posts on which people are already working will not be selected. Outsourced employees will not be replaced by regular personnel.

The UP Outsourced Service Corporation will have the Board of Directors under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, including the Director General of Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary. Apart from these, two executive directors, two general managers will also be there. A committee will also be formed for monitoring other institutions.
