The Punjab government has taken out bumper recruitment for 2000 posts of Physical Training Instructor (PTI) in government primary schools. This recruitment is being done by the Directorate of School Education (DSE), Punjab. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website ssapunjab.org.

What should be the qualification?
Candidates applying for these posts must have 12th pass from a recognized board. Along with this, they should have any physical education diploma or certificate course degree like DPED or CPED. The special thing is that students studying in the final year of diploma can also apply. Also, it is mandatory to be a Punjabi language subject in 10th.

What is the age limit?
The minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and maximum age should be 37 years. However, reserved classes will get age relaxation according to government rules.

How much will you get salary?
Selected candidates will be given salary of Rs 29,200 per month in the first three -year probation period. After this, salary and allowances will be available according to the Seventh Pay Commission.

What is the application fee?
The general category and other sections will have to pay an application fee of Rs 2000 while the fees for SC and ST category candidates have been fixed at Rs 1000.

What will be the selection process?
Candidates will be selected in three stages. The first phase will have written examination and Punjabi language qualifying test. After this, physical fitness test will be taken and finally selected on the basis of merit list.

What will be asked in the written examination?
In the written examination, questions related to General Knowledge, Reasoning Ability, Pedogouse and Teaching Aptitude, Physical Education, Punjabi and English language will be asked. The exam will be of a total of 100 marks.

The Rajasthan government has given great opportunity for those youth who have studied ITI and are preparing for government jobs. A total of 2163 vacancies have been announced on the posts of Technician-III in the three major power distribution corporations of the state-Jaipur Electricity Distribution Corporation (JVVNL), Jodhpur Electricity Distribution Corporation (JDVVNL) and Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam (AVVNL).
