A love story has come to light from the open jail of Jodhpur, which has shocked everyone. Two prisoners convicted of murder fell in love with each other while working in the fields. Now after the approval of Rajasthan High Court, both of them will take seven rounds in the jail premises on July 22. The court has considered this as part of the right to life and personal liberty under Article 21 of the Constitution.

In fact, the story of Mularam, convicted of murder, who is serving his sentence in the open air camp in Mandore, Jodhpur, and Seema, convicted in the murder of her husband, is also similar. Both of them met while working in the fields in the open jail. Conversation started and gradually this relationship turned into love. Now both of them have decided to spend their life together.

The division bench of Justice Dr. Pushpendra Singh Bhati and Justice Praveer Bhatnagar of Rajasthan High Court, while allowing the marriage of both, said that marriage of two adult persons of their own free will is a part of the right to life and personal liberty granted under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.

Mularam is a resident of Adsinga village of Nagaur district. In the year 2023, he was convicted in cases of murder, destruction of evidence and misappropriation of property. Due to good conduct he is staying in Mandore Open Air Camp. Seema is also serving a sentence in a murder case and is currently out on parole.

Green signal also received from the government

Both of them told the court that they wanted to get married of their own free will and this would be an important step towards their social rehabilitation. The state government also did not raise any objection to the marriage in its report.

The wedding will take place on 22nd July

The High Court has directed that the marriage should be solemnized on July 22 following the prescribed rules and security arrangements. A maximum of 21 family members from both sides will be allowed to attend the ceremony. Both parties will bear the entire expenses of the marriage themselves. This decision is not only a love story, but also gives the message that prisoners serving sentence also have the right to live a dignified life and social rehabilitation under the Constitution.

This disease is such that the patient has repeated fits of laughter without any reason. This is not normal laughter. This is a special type of epilepsy, which is not controlled by medicines. It may sound strange, but it is very troublesome for the patient.

What is laughing epilepsy?

Laughing epilepsy is also called gastic seizures. In this the patient suddenly starts laughing, as if he has heard a joke. Actually these are seizures starting from a particular part of the brain. Sometimes other symptoms are also seen along with laughter, such as stiffness in the body or unconsciousness. If proper treatment is not given on time, this problem may increase. Patients of this disease usually do not get relief from medicines. In such cases surgery is required. Jodhpur AIIMS doctors performed surgery on four such patients using new technology.

How was the patients’ surgery done?

Doctors used a technique called minimally invasive stereotactic radiofrequency ablation. In this, that small part of the brain is targeted from where the seizures begin. This surgery was done without major incision. The operation was done through only a small incision. Due to this, the patient experiences less pain and also recovers quickly.

For this surgery, Dr. Samhita Panda and Dr. Lokesh Saini from the Department of Neurology examined the patients. At the same time, Dr. Sarbesh Tiwari found the exact place through MRI. The anesthesia team included Dr. Swati Chhabra and Dr. Manbir Kaur while Dr. Mohit Aggarwal performed the surgery. At the same time, Dr. Deepak K Jha and Dr. Suryanarayanan Bhaskar were also involved in it.

Ladakh’s famous environmental activist and education reformer Sonam Wangchuk, lodged in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur Central Jail, was released on Saturday afternoon. After being in custody for about 170 days, the Central Government decided to remove the (NSA) imposed against him with immediate effect.

According to the information, Wangchuk was detained by the Ladakh administration on 24 September 2025. Two days later, on 26 September, he was sent to Jodhpur Central Jail. He was accused of inciting violence during the movement in Ladakh demanding statehood and the Sixth Schedule. 4 people died and more than 150 people were injured in that violence.

Center removed NSA before hearing

It is being told that the hearing on the petition filed by Wangchuk’s wife Geetanjali was proposed in the Supreme Court on March 17, but before that, the central government took a big decision and decided to remove the NSA. According to the Home Ministry, this step has been taken with the aim of creating an environment of peace, stability and mutual trust in Ladakh.

Movement mentioned in social media post before release

In a post made on social media before the release, Sonam Wangchuk said that he has not backed down from his movement and activism. He wrote that his struggle was for the security, dignity and future of Ladakh and will continue in future also. Dead body found when door was broken in Javra

He was immediately taken to the hospital where doctors told that he had a silent attack and died in the washroom itself. After this the family took the dead body and left for their native village.

It is considered possible that a decision will be taken regarding the role of Salman Khan. In this case, Salman Khan was sentenced to five years imprisonment by the lower court of Jodhpur.

Salman Khan has filed an appeal against this in the High Court, which will be heard on Monday. On April 5, 2018, Salman Khan was sentenced to five years in prison in this case, while all the other co-accused – Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Dushyant – were acquitted. Salman Khan appealed against this sentence in the District and Sessions Court and was released on bail.

At the same time, the state government filed leave to appeal in the Rajasthan High Court against the acquittal of the co-accused. During the hearing, the appeal challenging Salman Khan’s five-year sentence was also transferred to the High Court.

Apart from this, the appeal of the Arms Act case registered against Salman Khan at Luni police station on 15 October 1998 was also transferred to the High Court on 21 March 2022. At the same time, if the court takes cognizance of the appeal of the state government, then the troubles of the already acquitted co-accused may increase again. During the investigation, two iPhones and a Samsung mobile were seized from Sadhvi. Police believe that these mobile phones may contain important information related to the death. On the night of her death, Sadhvi had a cold and dal was prepared for her. Usually the servant Suresh used to take food, but that night father Veeramnath himself went to the room with pulses. Shortly after eating the dal, Sadhvi’s health started deteriorating and she had trouble breathing. After this the compounder was called and the injection was given.

Sadhvi died shortly after the injection. According to Sadhvi’s brother, the color of the body had turned blue after the injection. According to NDTV, compounder Devi Singh says that she gave the injection as per the doctor’s prescription. However, the police is investigating whether the injection was correct or not and whether it became the cause of death.

Why doubt the father, compounder and serviceman?

Suspicion on father Veeramnath has deepened because Sadhvi’s last moments were spent with him and he had earlier refused even the post-mortem. The operation of the ashram was also under the supervision of the father and questions have been raised on his conduct earlier also.

Compounder Devi Singh is being interrogated because she died after the injection. Questions are also being raised on his nursing degree and method of treatment. At the same time, Sevadar Suresh is a direct witness of the entire incident and he had prepared food and decoction for Sadhvi.

At present, the police is investigating on two points – whether the death was due to the reaction of wrong medicine or injection or whether the food was adulterated with some poisonous substance. The real cause of death will be clear only after the FSL report of viscera comes.
