Recently, Aamir Khan’s son gave his opinion in the nepotism debate and said that despite two flop films, he is still getting film offers. He also revealed the reason for this.

How is Junaid Khan getting work even after giving flop films?
Actually, Junaid Khan told in a conversation with Vicky Lalwani that how is he getting work even after giving two flop films? Junaid said that star kids get more opportunities because people already recognize them, which makes it easier to market them. He said that star kids are often given priority over acting ability. Junaid said, “Makers have to sell their films. So they hire someone who can sell them.”

Explaining his point, Junaid said, “Their priority is what they can sell, not what is best for the film. They do not see which actor is best for the character, but rather see which actor can be marketed easily.” He further said, “For me, this is not a debate of insider versus outsider. It is about not casting someone just because you can sell him. Cast someone who is right for the film.”

Did Junaid get the advantage of being Aamir Khan’s son?
Junaid Khan accepted the privilege of being Aamir Khan’s son and said, “The word nepotism does not bother me because it is true. I get a lot of work because of being Aamir Khan’s son.” The actor also jokingly said, “Sir, now you are getting work after two flops, let me work.”

Talking about the performance of ‘Ek Din’, Junaid Khan said, “We had expectations. But I think the film did not perform well. This happens sometimes. This is a film which I liked very much. I enjoyed it a lot. I think we all liked this film very much and we enjoyed it. And I think a lot of people liked it, but not most of the people. This happens sometimes.”
