A big opportunity has emerged for the youth preparing for jobs in the banking sector. Actually IDBI Bank has issued short notification of new recruitment for 2026. Through this recruitment process, the bank will fill officer level posts in different branches. The special thing is that a large number of posts have been kept for Junior Assistant Manager in the recruitment, due to which graduate candidates will get an opportunity to start a career in the banking sector. According to the information released by the bank, appointments will be made on a total of 1300 posts. The application process for these posts will be online and interested candidates will be able to fill the form through the official website of the bank. The application process for these posts will start from March 8 and candidates will be able to apply till March 19.

On which posts will there be recruitment?

A total of 1300 posts will be filled under this recruitment of IDBI Bank. Two different posts have been included in these. In this, 200 posts have been kept for Assistant Manager Grade-A, while 1100 posts have been kept for Junior Assistant Manager Grade-O. Through these posts, the bank will appoint eligible candidates in branches across the country. In this recruitment, the candidates selected for the post of Junior Assistant Manager will get a good salary package. The estimated annual salary for this post is around Rs 6.14 lakh to Rs 6.50 lakh.

What qualifications should one have?

Candidates applying for the post of Junior Assistant Manager must have graduation degree from a recognized university. A minimum of 60 percent marks has been set for General, OBC and EWS category candidates. Whereas for SC and ST category candidates this limit has been kept at 55 percent. Apart from this, candidates should also have basic knowledge of computer. Whereas for the post of Assistant Manager Grade-A, along with graduation, 2 years of experience in the relevant field is required. To apply for this recruitment, the minimum age of the candidate has been fixed at 20 years and maximum age is 25 years. Age will be calculated on the basis of the date decided by the bank.

After this, you will have to login and fill the information required in the application form. During application, candidates will have to scan and upload their photo, signature, left thumb impression and hand written declaration.
