Jyoti malhotra case: India’s security agencies have successfully demolished another espionage network. Jyoti Malhotra, a Uber and travel blogger from Hisar, Haryana, has been arrested for spying for Pakistan. The arrest took place when security agencies across the country started tough action on suspicious activities after Operation Sindoor.

Investigation by security agencies revealed that Jyoti went to Pakistan twice in 2023. He was provided with a visa, living and traveling by a man named Danish, who worked for ISI and has been expelled from India. In Pakistan, an ISI agent named Ali Hasan approached Jyoti and assigned three main tasks to her, which is as follows:

• Creating a positive image of Pakistan.
• Changing anti -Pakistan nectar in India.
• To recruit more people like yourself.

Dark Chatting Apps and Border Intel
Chatting data from Jyoti and forensic reports revealed that during the Attari visit to Amritsar, he informed Pakistan about the distinguished guests who came on the border. She was in touch through encrypted apps and was sending regular sensitive information. During the Srinagar rail trip, the video made on his behalf also found suspicious information about military movement and strategic locations.

Family also oblivious
Jyoti’s father told the media that she used to say that I am going to Delhi, never told about going to Pakistan. We did not know anything. The police came and took clothes and goods, did not talk. This makes it clear that his mission was completely confidential at the individual, professional and technical level.

How is ISI network operating?
The agents appointed by ISI collect information about the movement of army, content, arms systems, military officers in India. Using social media, youtube, and blogs, conduct psychological operations. Work aimed at weakening the morals and national spirit of the country. Jyoti Malhotra’s case is the latest example of this pattern.

Strict action will be taken
Security agencies have said that this case will be gone to the bottom. All linked agents will be arrested and the network will be completely demolished. For this, Jyoti’s laptop, mobile, bank account, travel history, chats are being analyzed.
