So the revenue of Infosys for the financial year 2026 is Rs 1.79 lakh crore. In which the company’s profit is being said to be Rs 29,440 crore. This means that despite the company being small, the CEO of Infosys has received a higher salary.

Fixed salary: Rs 7.97 crore
Retirement and other benefits: Rs 0.53 crore
Performance based bonus: Rs 8.5 crore
Stock based incentive: Rs 23.35 crore
Profit from selling/exercising share options: Rs 50.75 crore

Company’s Chief Executive and Managing Director K Krithivasan says that TCS is continuously working on the policy of giving opportunities to the youth. He told that last year i.e. in the financial year 2025-26, the company had given jobs to 44,000 new graduates. This is one of the biggest recruitments done by any private company in a year. He told that for the last three years, TCS has been giving opportunities to more than 40,000 freshers every year. Tcs Layoffs 2025: The shares of the country’s largest IT service company TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) have recorded a huge decline today. During the trading on Monday, July 28, the company’s shares fell 1.13 percent to Rs 3,100.30. In the coming days, this decline has come in the shares of TCS today after the news of a large number of employees trimmed in the company. It is being told that in FY 2025-26, TCS plans to remove 12000 or more workers from work.
