He told the gathering, “On asking about this village, I was told that its name is Mustafabad Is. When I asked how many Muslims lived here, I was told that there were none. Then I said that the name should be changed. This Kabirdham “It should be said.”

The Chief Minister further said that his government will seek a formal proposal for changing the name and will take necessary administrative steps. He said, “We will bring the proposal and take it forward. It is about bringing back the respect of the place associated with the legacy of Sant Kabir.”
