India vs South Africa 2nd Test will be played in Guwahati from Saturday, 22nd November. Rishabh Pant will captain this match to be held at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, because Shubman Gill is out due to injury. But a relief news has also come for Team India, because a dangerous bowler of the visiting team was also out of the second test. Temba Bavuma has confirmed this.

Kagiso Rabada out of Guwahati test

For the last several days, there was a question whether Kagiso Rabada would play the second test in Guwahati or not. Because he suffered a rib injury during practice before the Kolkata Test, he did not even play the first Test. Now the captain of the visiting team, Temba Bavuma has confirmed that Rabada will not even play the second test. This is a big blow for the South African team, because he is one of the most dangerous bowlers in the world currently playing.

What did Bavuma say about the Guwahati pitch?

Temba Bavuma would like the record of never losing a Test as a captain to be maintained in Guwahati as well, he will be satisfied with a draw as even in that case South Africa will win the series. Regarding the pitch of Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Bavuma believes that it is like the traditional wicket found in Asia. The batsmen are likely to get help here for the first two days and then the role of spinners will become important here.

This will be the first Test at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, no Test has ever been played here before. Here Bavuma will also have a golden opportunity to complete his 1000 test runs as captain.

As captain, Bavuma has so far scored 969 runs in 19 innings played in 11 Tests. He has to score only 31 more runs to complete 1000 runs, he also seems to be in good form. He was the only batsman in Kolkata who scored a half-century.

Pakistan is on the verge of defeat in the second test being played in Rawalpindi. By the end of the third day’s play, Pakistan had lost 4 wickets after scoring 94 runs. In the second innings, Pakistan team’s lead was only 23 runs. Babar Azam remains a ray of hope for the Pakistan team, who has scored 49 runs. Mohammad Rizwan is standing with him at the other end, who has scored 16 runs. Let us tell you that South Africa had taken a lead of 71 runs in the first innings.

South Africa increased its score to 185/4 on the third day. Kyle Varenin was out after scoring 10 runs in the very first over of the third day. Tristan Stubbs scored 76 runs, but after his dismissal Senuran Muthuswamy took charge. Keshav Maharaj also contributed 30 runs, but South Africa lost the 9th wicket at the score of 306.

Tail batsmen made Pakistani bowlers cry

Pakistan team could have taken a small lead in the first innings by taking the tenth wicket of South Africa, but for the 10th wicket, Kagiso Rabada and Senuran Muthuswamy made the Pakistani bowlers cry by making a partnership of 98 runs. While the Pakistan team was dreaming of gaining the lead, Rabada played an inning of 71 runs while batting at number 11. This was Rabada’s first half-century innings in international cricket.

Pakistan on the verge of defeat

South Africa had a lead of 71 runs in the first innings. When the Pakistan team came to bat in the second innings, off-spinner Simon Harmer wove such a web of spin that the top-order of the Pakistan team had returned to the pavilion by the score of 16. Babar Azam and Saud Shakeel together added 44 runs, but Shakeel also got out after scoring 11 runs.

Now the Pakistan team has hope from Babar Azam, who has scored 49 runs till the end of the third day’s play. Let us tell you that Babar has not scored a century in the last 75 innings. Pakistan’s lead in the second innings is only 23 runs, so if set batsman Babar Azam can score big, Pakistan can come back in the match. After Babar and Rizwan, Salman Aga is the only batsman left.

At the same time, Australia’s fast bowler Josh Hazlewood has also not been able to take more wickets this year. Kagiso Rabada of South Africa and Jofra Archer of England have not been able to take more wickets. Shaheen Afridi of Pakistan is also not included in this list.

Nobody knows when there is a big upset in T20 cricket. This format is not spared to anyone, this thing has been proved by the second T20 match of England vs South Africa. Currently, Kagiso Rabada, one of the world’s deadliest bowlers, robbed 70 runs in a 4 -over spell. This is the most expensive spell of a South African bowler in a T20 match. Here, see the list of bowlers who have given the most runs in a T20 innings.

Let us know that in this T20 match, England scored 304 runs. In response, the South African team was able to score only 158 runs and lost the match with a huge margin of 146 runs.

The highest run bowlers in T20

The embarrassing record of robbing the most runs in one T20 match is in the name of Moses Jobte of Gambia, he had scored 93 runs in 4 overs in the match against Zimbabwe. At number two is Liam McCarthi of Ireland, who scored 81 runs against the West Indies this year. Chandrashekhara of Sri Lanka is Rajita. In his 4 -overs spell, Australian batsmen scored 75 runs.

Scotland’s Christopher Barkle Sol has scored 72 runs in a single match. There are 2 players in fifth place in this list. Turkish’s T Turan and Kagiso Rabada of South Africa, both have given 70 runs in a single match.

70 runs – Kagiso Rabada – South Africa (vs England)

England created history

England scored 304 runs in the match against South Africa. England, who scored more than 300 runs in a T20 innings, has become only the third country. Before that, Zimbabwe (344 runs) and Nepal (314 runs) have done so. In this match, Phil Salt scored 141 runs in 60 balls. More headlines than him by Jose Butler, who scored 83 runs in just 30 balls.

Kagiso rabada on wtc final win: After winning the World Test Championship 2025 title, Kagiso Rabada has attacked his and the critics of the South African team. Those who were saying that in the journey till the finals, the South African team did not get good competition, Rabada has described those things as nonsense. Let us know that South Africa won the trophy by defeating Australia by 5 wickets in the final. In this match, Rabada took 9 wickets in both innings.

Why did Rabada say a big thing

In the post-match presentation, Kagiso Rabada lashed out at his critics, saying, “How I am feeling now, I cannot express this experience in words. I am happy, good preparation and came with hard work. We were entitled to reach this point. Shown. “

Captain Bawuma also reiterated Rabada

Captain Tamba Bawuma also lashed out at the critics of the South African team. The captain said that despite criticisms, his team had entered the final with full confidence. He said, “We had worked very hard, landed on the field with the anger and belief of criticisms. This is a very special moment for us and our countrymen.

Rabada took 9 wickets in the match

The foundation of the victory of the South African team was laid by Kagiso Rabada in the first innings. He bowled 15.4 overs in the first innings and took a total of 5 wickets. Even when the second innings came, he stopped Australia’s second innings for 207 runs with 4 crucial wickets. The rest of the work was done by Edan Markram and Tamba Bawuma. Markram scored 136 runs and Bawuma scored 66 runs.

Reasons Australia Lost Wtc Final: South Africa defeated Australia by 5 wickets to win the World Test Championship 2025 title. This is the second time in cricket history that South Africa has won an ICC Trophy. In the final match, South Africa had a target of 282 runs, which it has achieved on the fourth day of the Test. Australia was playing the final match as a defending champion, but failed to save his title. After all, which were the 3 reasons, due to which Australia has not won the WTC Trophy for the second consecutive time.

1. Batting collapsed in second innings

Australia scored 212 runs in the first innings in this final match played at Lord’s ground. At the same time, the bowlers took the lead of 74 runs by covering South Africa’s first innings for 138 runs. The match was left for 3 days in the match, Australia had a chance to keep a targe of at least 350 in front of South Africa by batting. But in the second innings, the Australian batting flop was flopped, as a result 7 wickets fell on 73 runs. She is good to be Alex Carrie (43 runs) and Mitchell Starc (58 runs), due to which the team was able to score 207 runs. If other batsmen, including Steve Smith, Marnas Labushen, could have scored a lot of runs, Australia could also keep a target of 400 runs in front of South Africa.

2. Nathan Lyon gave small spells

The fast bowlers dominated the final match, but by the third day the ball was very spin. For South Africa, on the third day, Aden Markram and Tamba Bawuma were set, while Nathan Lyon’s ball was moving several degrees. Despite this, the Australian captain gave Lion small spells. Especially in the last over of the third day, Markram and Bawuma were playing in a very slow style, in such a situation, if the tight fielding was set on the balls of Nathan Lion, then the Australian team could have put pressure on the wicket.

3. Selection of wrong playing XI

The Australian team included Cameron Green as a batsman at the playing XI, due to which they batted on number-3. For this reason, Marnas Labushen was launched in the opening. As a result, Labushen could score only 39 runs in both innings, while Green was able to score only four runs in 2 innings. The selection of better playing XI could have been that Labushen would be allowed to bat on number-3 as usual, while the opening was entrusted to Sam Contas. Contas had earlier come up with effective demonstrations against India in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.

The final of the ICC World Test Championship is being played between South Africa and Australia at Lord’s Cricket Ground. By the end of the first day’s play on June 11, South Africa has lost 4 wickets on a score of 43. Earlier, by winning the toss, Temba Bavuma decided to bowl first. Australia’s first innings ended for 212 runs. Kagiso bowled brilliantly for Rabada, after which Mitchell Starc also wreaked havoc. See the thrill of the WTC final in 5 points.

Kagiso Rabada’s 5 wicket hall

He gave only 51 runs in his spell of 15.4 and took 5 wickets. After dismissing opener Usman Khwaja for zero, he dismissed Cameron Green (4), Bu Webster (72), Pat Cummins (1) and Mitchell Starc (1).

Aus vs sa wtc final 2025: Speed kings Cagiso Rabada and Marco Janson bowled deadly and bowled Australia to 212 runs in the first innings in the first innings in the third session on Wednesday in the final of the World Test Championship against South Africa.

Rabada took Australia to knees with five wickets for 51 runs and Jansan with three wickets for 49 runs. However, Steve Smith and Bu Webster scored a half -century to upheld Australia from the first poor session and reach 190/5 in 50 overs. Australia was visible in a pleasant situation at this time, but in front of Rabada and Jansan, the defending champion team lost their last five wickets by adding just 20 runs and their first innings was reduced to 212 runs in 56.4 overs.

In the first session, compared to razing at the speed of Rabada and Jansan, Smith and Webster easily rotated a strike, shared a 79 -run partnership and set up a lot of boundaries and helped Australia return to the match.

While Smith scored 66 runs off 112 balls with the help of ten fours and set a new record of the most runs scored by the visiting batsman in the Test at the prestigious site, the webster overcame the initial struggles and scored 72 runs off 92 balls with the help of 11 fours.

At the beginning of the session, Smith batting outside the leg-stump and hit three boundaries off Rabada and Jansan with his trademark exaggerated back-and-cross movement. But the webusters were completely helpless, struggling to stay in difficult situations. Kismet supported him and Webster stayed in two overs twice.

On four runs, he was first selected on the outer edge and Janson was out lbw, but the ball tracking showed the umpire’s call on the impact. Then, against Rabada on eight runs, the webster was clearly lbw out, but South Africa feared that it was an internal edge, so they did not take a review. It was disappointing for him that the ball in the replays appeared to be hitting the stumps and if South Africa had taken a review, he would have been dismissed.

Smith finally completed his half -century in 76 balls by slashing Rabada’s ball for four runs at the backward point, before he and now the webster scored a boundary off the balls of Lungi Engidi and Keshav Maharaj.

But while trying to hit the ball of Aiden Markram above the covers, Smith was able to hold the ball only on the outer edge and was caught in the first slip in his third attempt. Although webster was playing dangerously, he scored his second Test half -century off 69 balls and ensured that the first session for Australia was also fantastic after being disappointing. Spinner Keshav Maharaj dismissed Alex Carrie at the beginning of the third season. Carrie scored 23 runs. Captain Pat Cummins was bowled by Rabada.

Rabada also hunted webster again. Jansan bowled Nathan Leone and Rabada bowled Mitchell Starc and covered Australia’s innings.

Earlier, Rabada and Janson took two wickets each in the morning session, making South Africa score Australia to 67/4 in 23.2 overs. Ever since South African captain Temba Bavuma won the toss and decided to bowl first in the sky surrounded by clouds, the fast bowlers proved that decision right by bowling with a tight line and length and taking out the best movement.

Rabada and Jansan paid attention to their length from the beginning and gave a tough competition to Australia. Rabada shook Australia by dismissing Usman Khwaja and Cameron Green in a gap of four balls in the seventh over. He came from the first round the wicket and took out Khwaja’s age and caught him in the first slip, which was dismissed for zero at 20 balls.

Rabada again dismissed Green, the Green’s age was caught by a low-diving third slip, causing the batsman to return to the Test after about a year and was out for four runs. Lungi Ngidi and Vian Mulder, who returned to the Test match after 10 months, paid attention to their line and length to give a tough competition to Smith and Labushen.

Although Smith set up a few boundaries, South Africa continued the strike, as Labushen threw a ball of Yansan backwards which went to the keeper. At lunch, Jesan made the Travis Head caught on leg and made another great moment, making it a great session of Test cricket for South Africa.
