Kajri Teej is also called Kajali Teej. This comes on Tritiya Tithi of Krishna Paksha of Teej Bhado month. It is mainly celebrated in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in North India.

In this Teej, women sing Kajri songs. This fast is also observed for the good fortune of Suhagin women and the long life of husband. This year the fast of Kajri Teej was on 12 August 2025, Tuesday.

The main difference between all three teej

• Hariyali Teej comes at the beginning of the month of Sawan, which is associated with nature and greenery.
• Hartalika is celebrated on the third date of Teej Bhadrapada Shukla, which is associated with the story of Shiva-Parvati.
• Kajri Teej Bhadrapada Krishna III is celebrated.
