<p style="text-align: justify;">First of all in the video, Kareena is seen doing step exercise using an aerobic stepper. During this, she steps on the ground and the stepper alternately. This set is done first with one leg and then with the other leg, which improves the strength and balance of the legs. After this she does barbell hold exercise. In this exercise, Kareena holds the barbell firmly in a bent position and holds it for 10 to 30 seconds. Then leave it loose for a few seconds and hold it tightly again. This increases grip strength, stability of traps, core and upper back.</p>
