She said that earlier she used to feel pressure to get back in shape immediately after delivery but now she feels that her body has given birth to a human being and this is the biggest achievement.

Kiara will respect her body
Kiara Advani said about seeing her bikini look after delivery – ‘After delivery, I thought that I have done this before also. Can do it again. Of course, it was difficult for me to understand the difference in the initial look before and after but now I am happy with myself. No matter what shape or size I am now, I will always respect my body. What can this body do for me? It is most important to accept this.

He used to get energy in starting the day from high-protein, fiber rich breakfast.

She used to eat in lunch and dinner
Kiara’s lunch and dinner were filled with flavors and nutrients. She used to eat many things like grilled chicken, chicken curry, baby patto, avocado in lunch and dinner. She used to keep her food light but there was more protein in it.
