Police kept watching, couple came out romancing

The incident is being reported at a main road intersection in Kolkata. Users also tried to identify it by looking at nearby hoardings and traffic signals. It is seen in the video that the police is also standing at the intersection but no one pays attention towards this couple, after which people are expressing surprise as to why the police did not catch them.
