At least 12 civilians have died due to security forces being shot at protesters in Pakistan-promoted Kashmir (POK). The region has been facing the biggest protests in recent years. These demonstrations started against not meeting 38 major demands of the government, but now it has turned into a broad movement against arbitrary and other atrocities of the army.

On Thursday, the protest entered its third day. There was a clash between the protesters and the army in Dadiyal, while the government deployed thousands of additional soldiers to control the situation. Apart from Muzaffarabad, the violence has spread to Rawalakot, Neelam Valley and Kotli.

Meeting of Joint Awami Action Committee

Chaudhary Anwarul Haq and Federal Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhary on Wednesday invited the United Awami Action Committee (JAAC) to negotiate to establish peace between the protesters and the government. According to reports, 5 protesters were shot dead in Muzaffarabad, 5 in Dhirkot and 2 in Dadiyal. Apart from this, at least 3 policemen have also been killed. More than 200 people have been injured, many of whom are in critical condition.

The demonstration is being led by the Jammu and Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (AAC), and due to this, life has stopped in the entire PoK. The main reason for this movement is the demand to abolish 12 assembly seats, which are reserved for Kashmiri refugees living in Pakistan. Other demands include tax relief, flour and subsidy on electricity, and development projects.

Markets, shops closed from September 29

Markets, shops and local businesses are closed since 29 September. Mobile, internet and landline services are also completely closed. Thousands of people are demonstrating, throwing stones and dropping large containers, which were tried to stop march by putting on bridges.

In other cities, despite the security arrangements, the protesters took out marches and raised slogans like “Rulers, Beware, We Are Your Doom” and “Kashmir is Ors, we will decide its fate”. This is the first time that PoK citizens are directly targeting the Pakistani government and the army.

Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that the government is ready to solve the issues and a dialogue committee has been formed to establish peace. He also directed to take restraint with the protesters.

Also, the United Kashmir People’s National Party (UKPNP) spokesman Nasir Aziz Khan appealed to the United Nations and the international community for immediate intervention. He said that human rights crisis can arise in PoK and member countries should take action under their international agreements. Prior to this development, 30 civilians were killed in the airstrikes of Pakistan Air Force in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, causing this tension to increase further.

The markets are closed for the second day on Tuesday (September 30, 2025) in Pakistan’s captured Kashmir (POK) and people are gathering on the streets and protesting against the Pakistani government. On Monday, Pakistan -backed organization and paramilitary force opened fire on Kashmiris, in which 2 people died. For this reason, today Kashmiris have blocked the roads connecting the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan with PoK at the entry point of PoK.

Kashmiris blocked Kohla Entry Point
In the photographs with ABP News, it can be clearly seen that Kashmiris connecting Kohla Entry Point which connects Abotabad of Muri city of Pakistani Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwah with Muzaffarabad, have completely blocked it with the help of big stones and containers, so that no outsider of Pakistan can enter the Pakistan Cabbles.

Protests by closing shops in full Pok
After the violence on Monday, the Kashmiris had decided to completely cut the PoK from Pakistan, besides closing shops in the entire POK. Apart from blocking borders, people of Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Rawalkot, Kotli are on the streets and are shouting slogans against the Pakistani government.

Performance outside Pakistani High Commission in London
In view of the rebellion of Kashmiris in PoK, the puppet government of PoK has also stopped internet and calling services throughout the PoK, so that the rebellion going on in PoK does not come to the world. However, in many high yogas of Pakistan located abroad, migrants of Pakistani Qaze are opposing.

PoK migrants protested fiercely against the Pakistani government for about 2 hours on Monday outside the London -based Pakistani High Commission.

Operation Sindoor: After the Operation Sindoor of the Indian Army, now the response has come from the Pakistani Army. The Public Relations Wing ISPR of the Pakistani Army while speaking to the media said that India attacked many areas of Pakistan and PoK at around 1 pm on Wednesday night.

The Pakistani Army claimed that a total of 24 attacks have been found in six different places. Different types of weapons have been used in these attacks. Pakistan said that 26 people have died and many people have been injured in these attacks. Let me tell you, Pakistan has stopped all its domestic and international flights in view of the security situation. The flights that were to land have been diverted towards Karachi.

Masood Azhar’s family killed

14 people of the most wanted terrorist Masood Azhar’s family were also killed in the action taken under Operation Sindoor of the Indian Army. Masood Azhar issued a letter and said that the heart wants that I would have died in this attack too. Actually, Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar’s sister has also been killed in Indian air strikes in Bahawalpur, Pakistan.

Jaish-e-Mohammed issued a statement saying that the entire family of Maulana Kashaf along with Masood Azhar’s elder sister has also been killed. Whereas, 4 children of the elder daughter, including the grandson of Mufti Abdul Rauf, the husband of Baji Sadia, were injured. It is being told that the family members and close ones of the terrorist Azhar will be buried on Wednesday (May 07, 2025).

BBC Urdu, citing the statement of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief, said that Azhar’s close aide, his mother and two other close associates were also killed in Indian attacks. The Subhan Allah campus in Bahawalpur under Operation Sindoor was also attacked.

Also read: ‘I wish I was also killed’, terrorist Masood Azhar cried bitterly over the death of 14 family members in Operation Sindoor

Operation Sindoor: India has once again made it clear that no softening will be shown against terror. The brick will be answered with stone. Just after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April, in which 26 innocent people lost their lives, India has given a befitting reply to Operation Sindoor.

What is operation vermilion?

At the time of Pahalgam attack, the terrorists killed them by asking innocent people their religion. Even after choosing the married couple who went to visit Kashmir, their husbands were shot in front of wives. His honeymoon, his vermilion was wiped out in front of his eyes. Perhaps this was the reason that the operation launched by the Indian Army to target Pakistan and PoK terrorist bases was named ‘Operation Sindoor’.

Pakistan had to pay the price of vermilion

26 people died in the Pahalgam attack. Among these people were Lieutenant Vinay Narwal. Vinay of Gurugram was married to Himanshi Narwal on 16 April, she went on a honeymoon with her husband Lieutenant Vinay Narwal. The terrorists shot Vinay in front of him. The same pain is of Priyanka Sharma of Jaipur, who went to Kashmir on a honeymoon with her husband Rohit Sharma. Rohit died on the spot in this attack, while Priyanka was seriously injured.

At the same time, the stories of Anjali Thakur of Shimla and Sneha Patil of Pune are also going to stand up. Anjali’s husband Vivek Thakur and Sneha’s husband Amit Patil also died in this terror attack. The Indian Army has avenged the killing of these women as well as 26 people by destroying 9 terrorist bases of Pakistan and PoK.

Action taken at midnight, aircraft at 9 locations

The Indian Army targeted 9 terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan-official Kashmir (POK) at 1:44 am on Wednesday. This operation was the common action of the Air Force, Navy and Army, the three armies. This is the first time after the 1971 war when the three armies of India entered the operation together.

Terrorist network in Muridke and Bahawalpur ends

The targets in this operation were included, Muridke, the headquarters of Lashkar-e-Taiba and the stronghold of Jaish-e-Mohammed Bahawalpur. Both these organizations have been involved in dozens of terrorist attacks in India, including incidents like Mumbai attack and Pulwama.

Monitor top level, fighter jets were in the air

In a conversation with Hindustan Times, defense sources said that the weapons used for action included the standoff cruise missile, BVR (Beyond Visual Range) system and high -tech weapons such as lottery.

Only terrorist hideouts become targets, no military base

It has been said by the Indian Army that our action was not focused, measured and inflammatory. No Pakistani military hideout was targeted. We only attacked the places from which terrorism has been supporting and training.

After the operation, India said “Justice is Servad”

After Operation Sindoor, the Indian Army wrote on X – “Justice is served.” That is, justice is done. After this, Pakistan closed its aircraft for 48 hours, due to which it is clear that this action of India has made them sleepy.

Impact of strictness of Rajnath Singh and PM Modi

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh posted on X after the operation and expressed its support. At the same time, according to sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave full exemption to the army how and when he should answer, he should decide himself. The result of this free hand is operation vermilion.

Operation Sindoor: The Indian Army has given a befitting reply to Pakistan exactly two weeks after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April. Late on Wednesday, India has carried out a big air strike at 9 terrorist bases of Pakistan and PoK under ‘Operation Sindoor’.

The attack was the first major action taken by the three armies, Army, Air Force and Navy, which took place for the first time after the 1971 war. Through Operation Sindoor, India targeted the terrorist bases who have been involved in the conspiracy to attack India for years. Let us know why the Indian Army strikes in these 9 places of Pakistan and PoK.

Bahawalpur: The stronghold of Jaish-e-Mohammed

Bahawalpur in Punjab province of Pakistan is considered to be the headquarters of Jaish-e-Mohammed. This organization of Masood Azhar has been involved in attacks like 2001 Parliament attack and 2019 Pulwama Attack. This was the reason that Bahawalpur was first targeted in this operation.

Muridke: Lashkar-e-Taiba factory

Muridke, about 40 km from Lahore, has the main base and training center of Lashkar-e-Taiba. The terrorists of the 26/11 Mumbai attack of 2008 were given training here. This camp had complete arrangements for induction, training and logistics.

Kotli: Factory of suicidal attackers

The Kotli area of PoK has been a long time for India. Training of suicidal attackers and intruders has been imparted here. According to reports, more than 50 terrorist trainees are present here at a time.

Gulpur: Launch pad of Rajouri and Poonch attacks

Gulpur was used as a launch pad for attacks on the Indian Army in Rajouri and Poonch in 2023 and 2024. From here, terrorists joined the convoy and entered the Indian border.

Sawai and Sarjal-Burnala: Entry Points of Infiltration

Locations like Sawai, Sarjal and Bernala are known for infiltration of terrorists. From here, terrorists used to enter India through line of control and international border. This was the reason that they were also targeted in Operation Sindoor.

Sialkot’s Ghumuna: Hizbul’s old base

Mehmuna Camp is located near Sialkot and Hizbul is the old base of Mujahideen. Although the strength of this organization is no longer the same, but some active training and support networks still run from here.
