Earthquake in Gujarat: On the night of 22 April, earthquake tremors were felt in Kachchh in Gujarat, causing an atmosphere of fear in the area. According to the National Center for Sisamology (NCS), a 4.3 magnitude earthquake occurred on the Richter scale at 11:26 pm (Indian time).

According to the locals, as soon as the earthquake was felt, people came out of their homes and came out of their homes. However, detailed information about the center and depth of the earthquake has not yet been received. The administration has started monitoring the situation, and emergency services have been kept on alert.

Earthquake tremors also felt 2 hours ago
Two hours before the earthquake, the National Center for Seasmans informed X that on April 22 at 9:56 pm (IST) Afghanistan (Afghanistan) also had a 4.3 magnitude earthquake. Subsequently, on 22 April, a magnitude of 4.0 was also felt in Myanmar.

On the same day, the earthquake of earthquake in Tajikistan and Tibbet also felt the earthquake of 4.1 in Tajikistan shook the area, while Tibet caused a 4.0 magnitude earthquake. Being a Tajikistan mountainous country, it is more affected by natural disasters like earthquake, flood, drought and avalanche.

The process of feeling of earthquake in various parts of the Earth continued. A 5.2 magnitude earthquake occurred on the southeastern coast of Australia, while some earthquakes were also felt on the East of Alaska.

Why do earthquakes occur?
Earthquakes are mainly caused by the activities of the Earth’s tectonic plates. The upper layer of the Earth is divided into many plates which continue to move slowly. When these plates collide with each other or move under each other, there is pressure there, which comes out in the form of a seismic shock. Additionally, stress stored on the ground cracks can also cause earthquakes. In some cases volcanic eruptions can also cause earthquakes, which are called ‘volcanic earthquakes’.
