Raja raghuvanshi murder case: The famous King Raghuvanshi murder case of Indore has shocked the entire country. In this murder case in Shillong, a big disclosure has been made by the Meghale police. At the same time, the wires of this famous murder case are connected to Lalitpur district of Uttar Pradesh. The police arrested an accused in the murder from Lalitpur.

According to the information, the Shillong police of Meghalaya arrested Akash Rajput, one of the four accused from Chowki village under Lalitpur Tehsil Mehroni, in the case of murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, who went to Meghalaya Honeymoon. It was told that these people used to work in transport in Indore.

Main accused Sonam Raghuvanshi arrested from Ghazipur
Explain that one of the four accused has been arrested from Sagar and one accused from Chowki village under Mehroni in Lalitpur and two accused from Indore. While the main accused Sonam Raghuvanshi has been arrested from a dhaba in Ghazipur, UP. Lalitpur Superintendent of Police and other police officers are not saying anything on this matter nor receiving the phone.

Meghale Director General of Police Idashisha Nongrang said, “One of the accused was caught from Uttar Pradesh, while two other people were caught by the SIT from Indore.” He further said, “Sonam surrendered at Nandganj police station in Uttar Pradesh and was later arrested.”

King Raghuvanshi’s body was found on 2 June
Actually, this couple of MP’s Indore went to Shillong for a honeymoon after marriage on 11 May 2025. On 20 May, he reached Meghalaya and spoke to the family for the last time on 23 May. After this, the phones of both of them stopped. The couple of the couple’s fare was found in unclaimed condition in Soharrim area.

After this, on June 2, the body of King Raghuvanshi was found in a ditch near Wei Sodong waterfall. The police registered a case of murder. After the murder of the king, nothing was known about wife Sonam Raghuvanshi. The police was constantly trying to find Sonam, but now a new twist has come after the revelations of the police in this murder.

Sonam raghuvanshi loveer: There has been a big revelation in the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi in Shillong, Meghalaya. Raja’s murder accused has also been included in the picture of his wife Sonam’s boyfriend. 21 -year -old Raj Singh Kushwaha is being said to be the lover of Sonam, who was involved in the King Raghuvanshi murder case.

It is being told that the accused Raj Singh Kushwaha was a resident of Indore and used to work in Sonam’s father’s factory. Police say he did not come to Shillong, but he hired contract killers to get the murder done. The two accused (Vishal Singh Chauhan and Akash Rajput) who attacked have been arrested from Lalitpur and Indore, while one is still absconding. These accused are just 19 and 20 years old.

Contact with family was broken on 23 May
On May 11, King Raghuvanshi and Sonam Raghuvanshi got married and on May 20 they went for a holiday. Police have said that both reached Shillong via Guwahati. After reaching Shillong, he was constantly in touch with his family. He last did his family on 23 May. When both of them were not found for a long time, the family contacted the Indore police.

After this, the body of King Raghuvanshi was recovered on 2 June and was identified. A case of murder was registered after the body was recovered. In this case, DGP Madhya Pradesh was in touch with DGP Meghalaya. After the search operation intensified, information was received from the Shillong police that Sonam Raghuvanshi had been recovered in Ghazipur. Based on technical information, three suspects Raj Kushwaha, Vishal Chauhan and Akash Rajput were detained from Indore and surrounding areas. Now the police is questioning them.

Another accused’s name surfaced
Police say that the name of another accused has also come up. The name of suspected Anand has come to light. Shillong Police is investigating the case.
