Pakistan has started commercial production from its largest oil well. It is believed that Baragzai X-01 well will reduce Pakistan’s dependence on foreign countries. Also the economy will get complete strength. Experts say that this can improve the economic condition of Pakistan.

Pakistan can benefit so much

According to the news published in Arab News, Pakistan has started exploration of gas and oil in its areas. Pakistan can benefit from foreign exchange worth about $329 million from Baragzai X-01. According to reports, this well is Baragzai X-01 well in Nashpa block of Kohat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It is producing 15000 barrels of oil and 45 million standard cubic feet of gas every day. Apart from this, it is producing about 15 metric tons of LPG. This production will increase in the coming time. At present, 5,300 bpd oil and 17 mmscfd are being produced, which will reach 25,000 bpd oil and 60 mmscfd in future.

This well will contribute 10% to Pakistan’s crude oil production

Pakistan’s company Oil and Gas Development Company has said that Baragzai X-01 is becoming the highest oil producing well in the history of Pakistan. It will contribute 10 percent to Pakistan’s crude oil production. The company has started the production process here after testing. Big profits are expected from this project. Also, these figures will reach 156 million dollars in daily revenue and 4.7 billion rupees in a month. Annual revenue is expected to reach approximately $204.7 million. The company has claimed significant changes for laying 8 km pipeline, gas processing and crude oil storage.
