L&T shares: Today, there is a tremendous rise in the shares of Larsen & Toubro, a big company related to the infrastructure sector in the country. In fact, after global brokerage firm Goldman Sachs upgraded its rating to ‘Buy’ and increased the target price, L&T shares rose by about 3 percent on the last trading day of the week on December 12.

With this, the company’s shares rose to Rs 4,114 in early morning trading. This is the second consecutive session when L&T shares witnessed a rise. The share is currently near its 52-week high level of Rs 4,140. It achieved this level in November this year.

Why does brokerage trust the stock?

Earlier, Goldman had given ‘Hold’ rating to L&T shares, which was increased to ‘Buy’. Besides, its target price was also increased from Rs 3,730 per share to Rs 5,000 per share, which represents an increase of about 25 percent from its previous closing price of Rs 4,003.9 per share.

The brokerage expects the company to benefit from its growing presence and strength in segments like defence, green hydrogen and nuclear energy. Along with this, L&T’s estimated Total Addressable Market (TAM) of Rs 1.4 lakh crore for FY26 is also estimated to increase to Rs 3.4 lakh crore by the financial year 2035.

In a war situation, the main function of Pinaka is to cause heavy damage to sensitive areas of the enemy in a short time. India has already exported it to Armenia and a possible deal with France is also under discussion.

Larsen & toubro Limited: The salary package of SN Subrahmanyan, chairman and managing director of Engineering and Construction Company Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has jumped a 50 % jump in FY 2024-25. According to the company’s new annual report, Subrahmanyan got a package of Rs 76.25 crore in FY 2025 in FY 2025 in FY 2024. Larsen & toubro: Larsen and Toubro (L&T), a company associated with the Infrastructure sector, informed about getting a big order from the Rajasthan government on Tuesday, June 3. The company said in the filing to BSE, “This project of 1,000 to 2,500 crores, the water and waste treatment business of L&T got the business vertical from the Public Health Engineering Department of Rajasthan.”

The company will have to do this work

The company said that L&T has won the EPC order for Phase II, Package-1 of the Rajasthan Rural Water Supply and Fluorosis Reduction Project. Under this project, the company will have to construct 5,251 km of transmission and distribution pipelines and installation, 38 ground level reservoirs with a capacity of 40 megaliter and 132 overhead service reservoirs with a total capacity of 25 ml.

L&T also has a project of Ajmer

The purpose of this project is to meet the demand of drinking water in 285 villages and towns of Surajgarh and Udaipurwati in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. The company also has another project, which is related to strengthening and rebuating the water supply system on the Kekri-Sarwar sector in Ajmer district. This project includes sple and installation of 43 km long transmission pipelines.

L&T has successfully completed the works of 24 such water related projects in Rajasthan so far. In these two new projects, along with ten years of operation and maintenance, the company is also responsible for electro-mechanical, instrumentation, automation and SCADA work. Apart from this, it is also the responsibility of improving any flaw for 1 year.

The company gets so many orders in a year
