According to a report published in the Times of India, Yash Dayal first exploited a 17 -year -old girl in 2023. Then in April this year, during IPL 2025, the star bowler of RCB did this in Jaipur.

SHO Anil Kumar Jayaman of the region said, “It is alleged that 2 years ago, when the complainant was a minor, Yash had exploited several times by pretending to make a career with him. This year the Indian cricketer contacted the girl again during IPL 2025 in Jaipur. The investigation of the case is going on and the statement of the complainant has also been recorded.

Talking about the Ghaziabad case, in the hearing held on July 15, the Allahabad High Court had stayed the arrest of Yash Dayal till the next hearing. In that case, an FIR was lodged at Indirapuram police station on 6 July.
