Chinese defense company: To eliminate terror, ‘Operation Sindoor’ run by the Indian Army, not only Pakistan but also China has received a big shock. In fact, the shares of Chinese defense company Juzhou Hongada Electronics Corp Limited declined by more than 6 percent on Tuesday.

Target the country’s military installation through PL-15

Juzhou Hongada Electronics Corp Limited, the same company, whose missile ‘PL-15’ was killed by the Indian Army under ‘Operation Sindoor’ during a conflict with Pakistan. The Indian Army targeted the country’s military installation through the Chinese missile PL-15, but the Indian Army targeted the military installation of the country, but India’s strong defense system thwarted this missile in a pinch.

According to the information, on the night of 9 and 10 May, Pakistan carried out airstrikes via Chinese PL-15 missiles and Biker YIHA-III Kamikase drone, targeting India’s Air Force Base and Military facilities on the night of May 9 and 10.

Successfully thwarted attacks

India’s Air Defense successfully thwarted these attacks to save Pakistan terrorists. PL-15 is an air-to-air missile, used to JF-17 and J-10 fighter jets. After destroying India’s pinch, questions are being raised about Chinese missile technology, due to which the trust of investors is decreasing on Chinese defense and Juzhou Hongda’s shares saw a big decline.

Air Marshal AK Bharti, Director General of Air Operations of India, displayed pictures of failed weapons and showed how the Indian defense network destroyed high technology missiles and drones. He gave credit to the indigenous air defense system ‘Akash’ to neutralize this danger.

Drone was also detected by army in Amritsar

The army also detected by detecting the Biker VIHA-III Kamikase drone in Turki. This drone has the ability to carry out a sharp attack with large payload and low-altitude. The purpose of this drone was to cause heavy damage to military or civil goals, but it failed to penetrate India’s security.

India and Pakistan Operation Sindoor News: For the beginning of this week, Pakistan was just one name for the seven -year Hazel. Now with every knock at the door, she gets skeptical and is upset thinking about an impending danger. Annu Matthew is finding it difficult to convince his daughter Hazel that she is not in any direct danger in Trivandrum, Kerala.

What facts to believe and not on what?

Matthew said, “All this started when he had an awareness session in his school and then he heard some things from his friends in class.” Now she wants me to be careful before opening the door. She says that Pakistan will attack us and everyone will die. ”Hazel is not alone. Mahendra Awasthi, 36 years in Delhi hundreds of miles away, said that he could not sleep. The girl is troubled by the conversation around her, then the youth are resorting to social media, who do not understand what facts should be believed and not on whom.

On Saturday evening, people have been scared despite the consent to stop military confrontation between Pakistan and India. US President Donald Trump has said that it has been agreed to stop military conflict between the two countries. This feeling of relief soon turned into a new anxiety, when reports of explosions in many border areas of Pakistan and violating the agreement with ‘Blackout’.

Stress has a bad effect on mental health

It began on the night of May six-seven, when India ran ‘Operation Sindoor’ against terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) under the retaliation of the attack in Pahalgam. In the next days, the two countries opened fire in major cities bordering the border. They all have a long -term effect on mental health.

Mental health experts say that the increasing military tension between the two countries, floods of information, and inability to distinguish in false and true news can have a significant impact on individuals’ psychological health.

According to Clinical Psychologist Shweta Sharma, a continuous discussion of a possible war can lead to “adverse trauma” response among people, even among those who stay away from struggle areas. Sharma said to ‘PTI-language’, “Constant media coverage, social media and emotional subject matter can affect the brain stress regulation system. War related fear often arises from uncertainty-how far it will go, who will be affected and what will be its long-term results? ”

This is a very worrying situation for people

Awasthi, who was immersed in the vortex of news and misinformation on social media and news channels, said that he is constantly full of fear, to the extent that he can sometimes hear his heartbeat by beating his heartbeat rapidly. He said, “I do not want to scroll on social media, but I think I will miss some important news. If Delhi became the next target, what should I do to keep my family safe, will we wake up tomorrow? ”

For people living in safe areas, seeing the suffering of citizens or soldiers can create a sense of guilt and helplessness. Sharma said, “Youth minds are affected very quickly. The words of war can create fear, strengthen conservatism and disrupt their sense of security. ”

It is necessary to be aware at such a time

It is important to be aware at such a time, but it is also necessary to select reliable sources for information and take a break from constant coverage. Sharma said that when it comes to children, it is appropriate to explain them about the situation according to age. He said, “Give them the assurance of security and encourage them for open dialogue instead of paying attention to the information being broadcast online.”

Matthew has made a plan to assure his daughter. She takes Hazel to the balcony and pointing to the sky and asks her if she is watching any explosion or firing, which she is afraid. Matthew said, “When she sees that no such thing is happening here, it becomes calm.” The trauma can take different forms.

Aniket Singh (name changed), a resident of Jaipur, who was almost unwell due to the apprehension of the adjacent war, started preparing for the emergency after the attack in Pahalgam on 22 April. 26 people were killed in the Pahalgam terror attack, after which India started ‘Operation Sindoor’. Aniket Singh submitted three months of ration, fully charged power bank, flashlight, adequate cash and necessary medicines. Nevertheless, he is feeling “very worried” and “helpless”.

Singh said, “I think something big is going to happen and I am not ready to take care of myself and my family at all.” I think what I am doing is probably not enough. I can’t really stop myself from feeling so. ”

Incidents like ‘Blackout’ worry

It is one thing to be worried about the unknown situation due to the danger of war, but being prepared for any unpleasant result can also cause concern. Senior physician Maitri Chand said that focusing on siren, ‘blackout’ practice and storing essential items can make people feel ready and can also cause anxiety.

Chand said, “This is a rope on which it is difficult to walk, where we have to make our balance ourselves.” It is difficult to remain calm and restrained, especially when most people around you are in a frenzied environment inspired by anxiety and fear.

In such circumstances, people should try to remain calm with “positive thoughts” that they will come out of it and be able to take care of their loved ones when the time comes. Chand also advised people to do yoga, meditation to remain calm.

Imf fund: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) will review the package being given to Pakistan. This package has been given under Climate Regyl’s Loan Program. Foreign Secretary Vikram Egypt gave information about this in a question asked to review the loans to Pakistan. He said in reply that India will present its case in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) board meeting in Washington on Friday.

“I am sure our executive director will favor India”

The Foreign Secretary said on Thursday that the Executive Director of India in the IMF will present the country’s side during the board meeting of the Global Financial Body. He said in media briefing, “I am sure our executive director will favor India.” He said, “The decision of the board is a different case … but I think the matter in relation to Pakistan should be clear to those who generously loose their pockets to save this country.”

Foreign Secretary Egyptian said that the results have not been shared by the IMF on many on 24 bailout packages approved for Pakistan. KV After the removal of Subramanian from the post of Executive Director of IMF, Parameswaran Iyer, Executive Director of World Bank, is currently handling this responsibility.

Pakistan approves $ 1.3 billion loans

In the last 10 years, Pakistan has received several bailout packages from the IMF. For example, the fund approved a $ 7 billion loan in September 2024, which was to be distributed in the year. Out of this 7 billion dollars, $ 1 billion has already been distributed. Apart from this, IMF approved a $ 1.3 billion loan related to climate change to Pakistan in March 2025. IMF loans are conditional and debt -ridding countries need to make structural improvements in their economies.

The Foreign Secretary alleged that Financial Assistance indirectly was able to fund its military intelligence including groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM).

Working within Pakistan’s borders continues

He said, “Pakistan’s reputation as the center of global terrorism lies in many examples … I do not need to remind where Osama bin Laden was found and who called him a martyr.” He also pointed to a large number of terrorists, including the United Nations banned terrorists, who continue to work within the borders of Pakistan.

Foreign Secretary Egyptian’s statement came after the increasing concern that the financial assistance given to Pakistan can be used to promote its ongoing border terrorist activities, especially against India. Pakistan, which is currently facing a serious economic crisis, is highly dependent on IMF assistance through its extended fund facility (EFF).

Terrorist camps targeted in Kashmir

On May 9, the IMF review will determine whether Pakistan meets the conditions required to unlock the next installment of financing. However, the review time is particularly sensitive, coming only a few days after India’s “Operation Sindoor”, in which terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir were targeted. This development has emphasized India’s call for revaluation of Pakistan’s financial assistance. Recently, tension between India and Pakistan started on 22 April with a deadly terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir.

Demand for homes in india: In the first quarter of this year, there has been an increase in the demand for houses of Rs 1 crore and more, due to which the total home sales figure in the country has increased to more than 65 thousand. This information was given in a report released on Thursday.

Moderate decline in sales of houses in January-March

JLL’s report stated that there has been a slight decline in the sales of houses during the January-March period and a total of 65,246 units have been sold. Due to the limit of this decline, the demand for houses worth Rs 3-5 crore and Rs 1.5-3 crore is to increase. The report stated that the continuous increase in demand for high -cost houses indicates increasing prosperity, changing lifestyle priorities and priority to large and premium assets among those who buy homes.

66 percent stake in total sales of these cities

According to the report, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Pune have dominated the sales of homes in the top seven cities of the country and the total stake in the total sales of these cities has been 66 per cent. Increasing multinational companies and startups in these cities are causing employment opportunities and infrastructure is continuously improving, making these cities more attractive to live and work. The big thing is that a large part of the quarter sales quantity in the last few quarters came from the projects launched during the same quarter.

The report stated that the trend continued in the first quarter of 2025 and the new launch between January-March contributed one-fourth to the sale. Large developers are promoting this trend being launched with timely delivery and assurance of stable price increase.

Demand for houses priced less than Rs 1 crore

Dr. Samantak Das, Chief Economist of JLL and head of REIS, India, said, “There are indications of changes in buyers’ priorities in the residential real estate market, with a decrease in demand for houses worth less than Rs 1 crore and the demand for high-level properties is increasing.”

Developers are focusing more on medium to high-level projects to coordinate with existing demand pattern. The high-level residential sector has steadily bouncing, with an increase of 107 per cent on an annual basis in the launch of Rs 1 crore and above properties, which is due to strong sales in this segment.

India air passenger growth: Airports International Council (ACI), a group of airports, said in its report that India could leave China behind in the number of air passengers in 2026. One of the fastest growing civil aviation markets in the world, India’s air passenger growth rate is 10.1 percent this year, less than 12 percent for China.

India will be ahead of China in 2026

The neighboring nation has a much larger aviation market than in India. ACI Asia-Pacific and Director General of West Asia, Stephano Barreki said that India is a market that is developing and is in the process of increasing its infrastructure. ACI Asia Pacific and West Asia, represents more than 600 airports in the region. According to ACI, India’s air passenger growth rate in 2026 will be 10.5 percent and 10.3 percent in 2027. At the same time, China’s growth rate will come to 8.9 percent in 2026 and 7.2 percent in 2027. This means that India will leave China behind in this region.

India’s growth will continuously up

The annual growth rate (CAGR) for the number of air passengers in India for the year 2023-27 is 9.5 percent, which according to ACI is more than 8.8 percent for China. India will also be the fastest growing airline globally for the period of 2023-2053. Currently, India’s passenger growth rate is 10.1 percent, while China is close to 12 percent. But ACI estimates that India’s growth will continue to rise in the coming year.
