Ganga bath fittings IPO

The public issue of Ganga Bath Fitings is opening on June 4, 2025. By June 6, investors will be able to bid for this. The company’s goal is to raise Rs 32.65 crore through this IPO. Of these, fresh issues of Rs 32.65 crore will be released with a face value of 10 rupees. The price band of Ganga Bath Fitings has been kept at Rs 46 to Rs 49 per share. Share allotment is expected on June 9 and on June 11, the listing of shares will be on NSE SME. Ganga Bath Fitings is the lead manager of IPO and Capital Services Private Limited and Caffein Technologies Limited is the IPO Registrar, in which investors can check their allotment status.

3B Films IPO

The IPO of 3B Films was launched on May 30 and the issue will be closed on June 3, 2025. The stock allotment will be done on June 4 and the listing will be on June 6, 2025. Through this IPO, the company wants to raise Rs 33.75 crore. Through this IPO, 35.52 lakh fresh shares will be issued and 31.98 lakh shares will be offered for sale. The price band of this issue has been fixed at Rs 50 per share.

These companies will be a list

On June 2, the listing of Leela Hotels IPO and AEGIS VOPAK Terminals IPO will be on BSE and NSE. On June 3, Blue Water Logistics IPO, Nikita Papers IPO, Astonea Labs IPO and Prostarm Info Systems IPO BSE and NSE. On June 4, the listing of SCODA TUBES IPO, Neptune Petrochemicals IPO and NR Vandana Textile IPO are to be held in the stock market. As already mentioned, the listing of 3B Films IPO has been fixed on 6 June.

Aegis Vopack Terminals is bringing an IPO of Rs 2800 crore. Its price range has been kept at Rs 223 to 235 per share. Investors will be able to bid for this by May 28. Retail investors will be able to apply for at least 63 shares, for this they will have to invest about Rs 14,805.

Leela Hotels

Schloss Bangalore, a company operating the luxury hotel brand The Leela, is bringing an IPO on 26 May. The size of the IPO is Rs 3500 crore. In this, new shares worth Rs 2,500 crore will be issued, while shares worth Rs 1,000 crore will be sold through offers for sale (offs).

Its price band has been kept at Rs 413 to 435. The issue will be closed on May 28. Retail investors will be able to apply for at least 34 shares, whose sale price is Rs 14,790. Leela Hotels shares are trading at a premium of Rs 20 in the gray market. This is indicating a possible listing of Rs 455, which is 4.6 percent higher than its upper price band.

Prostaram info systems

Power Solutions and Energy Storage Company Prostarm Info Systems is launching its IPO of Rs 168 crore. Among them, there is a fresh issue of 1.60 crore shares. The issue will open on May 27 at a price of 95 to 105 rupees and will close on 29 May. Its listing on both the Indian exchange NSE and BSE will be held on 3 June. Meanwhile, the shares of Prostaram Info Systems are trading on zero GMP. This means that according to the trends of the gray market, the listing can be close to the upper price band of Rs 105.

Skoda Tubes

Skoda Tubes, a stainless steel pipe maker, is also bringing its IPO. This IPO of Rs 220.50 crore is a completely fresh issue. On the price range of Rs 130 to 140, investors will be able to bid from May 28 to May 30, whose listing will be on 4 June.

The company reduced the size of IPO

Let us know that in September last year, the company had described the IPO size of Rs 5,000 crore in the draft Red Herring Prospects (DRHP) deposited with the market regulator SEBI, which has been reduced to 30 percent or Rs 1,500 crore. This issue was approved by SEBI in December 2024.

Ather Energy has also recently reduced its IPO size from Rs 3,100 crore to Rs 2,626 crore.

Investors will be able to bid for the IPO of Leela Hotels from 26 May. The issue will be closed on May 28. The share allotment is expected to be held on May 29. While the listing of shares is to be done on June 2 on BSE and NSE. This IPO will have a fresh issue of 2,500 crore with 5.75 crore shares and an offer of Rs 1,000 crore with 2.30 crore shares. The IPO has a lot size 34 shares. The minimum application size for retail investors will be Rs 14,042 for a lot.

Money will be used in this work

The company has said in its filing, in this issue, 75 percent of the offer is reserved for eligible institutional buyers (QIB), 15 percent part has been booked for non-institutional institutional investors (NIIs) and the remaining 10 percent share for investors.

The amount raised from the IPO will be used for paying the company dues and for general corporate purposes. Bangalore, one of India’s largest luxury hospitality companies, operates 13 luxury hotels with 3,553 hotels in India. Its portfolio includes the Portfolio, The Leela Palace, The Leela Hotel and The Leela Resorts.

Before the IPO, Leela Hotels’ unlisted shares are trading firmly in the gray market as its gray market premium (GMP) is constantly increasing. Stock market experts said that on May 23, GMP of Leela Hotels IPO has increased to Rs 15 per share. This shows that Leela Hotels shares in the gray market are trading at Rs 15 more than their issue price.
