<p style="text-align: justify;">Our skin is the most sensitive part of our body. Whenever there is any problem in the skin, it affects not only the body but also on the mind. One such disease is psoriasis. It is a long -lasting skin disease, causing red rashes, crust, and itching on the skin. The disease usually appears on the elbow, knees, back, neck and skull. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Psoriasis is also called incurable disease because there is no permanent cure for it. But this does not mean that relief cannot be found. If attention is paid in time, correct treatment, food, and lifestyle adopted, then this disease can be controlled to a great extent. So let&#8217;s know what psoriasis is and what people suffering from this disease should take care of. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What is psoriasis and because of this </strong><br />Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease, which means that your immune system accidentally starts attacking your healthy skin cells. This causes skin cells to grow very quickly from normal and takes the form of crust, dry and rash on the skin. This disease does not spread by touching, but it can also be genetic. If someone in the family has had this disease, then it is likely to happen in the next generation as well.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Apart from this, there are many reasons for psoriasis such as if any of the parents have psoriasis, then children are at risk, weakened immune system, stress, smoking and alcohol consumption, skin injury or burning, effect of some medicines, cold weather, obesity and poor lifestyle. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What is incurable psoriasis? </strong><br />There is no complete treatment for psoriasis so far. But it can be controlled to a great extent by changes in medicines, skin care, diet and lifestyle. In some people, this disease is lighter and is limited to only some parts, while in some it can spread throughout the body. Timely identification and correct care can reduce its symptoms to a great extent. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Psoriasis patients should take care of what</strong><br />Psoriasis patients should take anti-inflammatory diet, such as old rice, wheat, barley, moong, lentils, pigeonpea, gourd, parwal, drumstick, cucumber, lung, pomegranate, apple, papaya, light hot water, turmeric milk and herbal tea. At the same time, psoriasis patients should not eat fried things, red meat, maida and white bread, alcohol and smoking, dairy products, tomatoes, brinjals, potatoes, processed and packaged food. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Apart from this, psoriasis patients should take less stress and do yoga, do light exercise every day, as well as walk for a while after eating, complete sleep, keep the skin moisturized i.e. moisturizing, apply moisturizer, protect against sunlight and more scorching sunlight can cause damage to skin. </p>
