<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Start your morning with lemon water &#8211;</strong> Make a habit of drinking lukewarm water mixed with half a lemon in the morning on an empty stomach. Vitamin C and antioxidants present in lemon help in cleaning the liver. It improves digestion by removing toxins from the body. By doing this daily, the stomach will remain light, the face will glow and energy will remain throughout the day. </p>
