Joshua Carmyel and his team analyzed the race of P-waves and S-waves to resolve the issue. He developed a technology, which could detect 97 percent of the 1.7 -ton of secret buried explosion. But when the shock and explosion of the earthquake falls within 100 seconds and within a radius of 250 km, the accuracy of this technique is reduced to only 37 percent.
