Lowest IPL Totals In IPL 10 Overs: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) had put a total of 226/8 runs on the board in 20 overs against Kolkata Knight Riders in their second match of IPL 2026. For the last two seasons, Hyderabad is being recognized as a team which is putting a total of more than 200 runs on the board in almost every second match. But in the 10th league match of the 19th season against Lucknow, Hyderabad created an unwanted record and included itself in the list of teams which have scored the least runs in 10 overs in IPL history.

In the match being played at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad, Lucknow won the toss and decided to bowl. Hyderabad team, who came to bat first, reached the score of only 35 runs in 10 overs. During this period 4 wickets had also fallen. This was the fourth smallest total in 10 overs in the history of the tournament. Mumbai Indians are at third position in the list with a total of 32/4 runs. In this way the condition of Hyderabad also became like that of Mumbai.

Hyderabad put a good total on the board

After putting 35 runs on the board in 10 overs, Heinrich Klaasen and Nitish Kumar Reddy played brilliant innings for Hyderabad and made a partnership of 116 (63 balls) for the fifth wicket, taking the team to a good total. Klaasen scored 62 runs in 41 balls with the help of 5 fours and 2 sixes. Reddy scored 56 runs in 33 balls by hitting 3 fours and 5 sixes. With this the team put 156 runs on the board for 9 wickets in 20 overs.

The team had lost 4 wickets for just 26 runs. From here even a total of 120 runs started looking difficult. But in the end the tables turned. After scoring 35 runs in 10 overs, the team scored 121 runs in the last 10 overs.
