However, American President Donald Trump is angry with this. Trump has asked smartphone makers to increase manufacturing in the US. Most manufacturing of Apple’s iPhones occurs in China and does not have any manufacturing plant in the US. After the pressure from Trump, Apple has promised to increase the hiring of workers in the US and invest about $ 500 billion in the next four years. The company’s largest contract manufacturer Foxconn has increased the assembling of iPhones in India. Recently Foxconn has also launched a new factory.
