Actually, according to the report of NDTV, the company has reduced the weight of Maggi packets worth Rs 7, 12, 15, 30, 60, 90 and 120. Earlier, 35 grams of noodles were included in the Rs 7 packet, now it has been reduced to 32 grams. So the weight of Rs 12 packet has been reduced from 52 grams to 48 grams. Apart from this, the weight of all the packets has been reduced by about 7% compared to before.

Maggi will not fill your stomach
The company has kept the prices of Maggi the same, there has been no increase or decrease in the prices, but its weight has been reduced significantly. After this cut, the company has said in its statement, ‘To deal with the increasing costs, it first adopts savings in production, better purchasing, increasing capacity and other measures. Increasing the price is its last option, so this time instead of increasing the price, the weight of the pack has been reduced. After this news, Nestle India’s shares registered a rise of about 1.3% in the stock market and at the end of trading its shares closed at Rs 1,405.20.
