NCP leader Bhujbal of Deputy CM Ajit Pawar did not attend the cabinet meeting amid displeasure. Now Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has taunted this.

Chhagan Bhujbal is angry with the government order to give the status of Kunbi to the Marathas for reservation. Maratha Reservation Movement activist Manoj Jarage on Tuesday has said that after the government proposal (GR) to issue the Kunbi (OBC) caste certificate, the members of their community have said to get the benefit of reservation.

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Chhagan Bhujbal said on Wednesday evening that he would knock the court against GR. He said, “OBC leaders suspect GR … Who won after Jarang’s movement. We are taking legal opinions about whether the government is authorized to change the caste of the people.”

The Devendra Fadnavis government of Maharashtra has approved a loan of Rs 409 crore to Rajgarh Cooperative Sugar Mill of former Congress MLA Sangram Thopte. The cabinet approved it on Tuesday (August 26). This ‘Margin Money Loan’ is given by the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), when the state government provides guarantee.

Ajit Pawar objected

At the same time, Sangram got 1,06,817 votes. Earlier, Sangram Aopte won in elections from 2009 to 2019. Earlier, six times his father Anantrao was elected MLA from this seat six times.

Anantrao Thopte won for the first time in 1980 and was elected MLAs continuously till 1999. Sharad Pawar’s party won only once in the 1999 election. Then in 2004, Anantrao won.

Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena President Eknath Shinde will not be present in this meeting personally. Shinde is currently in Srinagar.
