Mahima Chaudhary told IANS, “It is very important for all women to get annual checkup and screening done. I believe that all the men in the house should be sensitive to this and dedicate one day in a year to checking up on the women. They should be taken to nearby health camps for testing.

Mahima further said that this test is done for free in many health camps, hence it is necessary to get the women of the house tested at least once a year. He says that breast cancer can happen to women of any age, and even in young girls the risk is increasing.

He said that there is a cure for this disease and the sooner it is detected and the treatment starts, the sooner the woman can become completely healthy.
