Apart from this, he had also commented on the Supreme Court that the court remained silent in many cases. He also gave a provocative statement that whenever there is oppression, there will be jihad.

Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Arshad Madani said in a program that Muslims can become mayors in big cities like London or New York, whereas in India the same person cannot even become the Vice Chancellor of any university. The sages and saints of Ayodhya have reacted sharply to his statement.

On the statement of Maulana Arshad Madani, spiritual guru Ram Vilas Vedanti said that there are Muslim MLAs in almost all the states. Muslims are MPs, if they were suppressed, they would not have become MPs. The way MLAs have been given exemption in India today, such exemption has not been given to people of any other religion.

He said that Muslims are opening madrassas in this country and there has never been any ban on those madrassas. Madani is speaking wrong. Madani does not know that the work that PM Modi has done for social harmony has not been done by any Prime Minister of India till date.

He said that Madani should see what is the condition of Muslims in China. All the mosques there have been demolished. There is no prayer on the streets in any corner of the world on Friday. India is the only country where Muslims offer namaz on the streets. The freedom that Muslims have in India is not found in any other country in the world.
