Makmytrip has launched an AI-based multilingual trip planning assistant today, giving a new AI touch to its online travel service. The company says that these new assistant users will not only give trip decoration, but will make the booking process completely convenient, that too in both Hindi and English languages. The system has been launched as an upgraded version of Myra and its base is Genai (Generative AI) model. The company has made it fully localized in view of the trends of travelers in India.

On behalf of Makmytrip, it has been said that this AI will guide the user from the beginning to the end in services like Flight, Hotel, Trains, Visa, Forex and Local Transport. It works on both text and voice interfaces and if the user questions, can give answers and booking decorations while talking to it. This new assistant of the company is slowly being rolled out on both the mobile app and the website.

Makmytrip says that the aim of this new update is to make user experience more natural and intelligent, especially for those who prefer to interact like a guide for questions like root, hotel or fair comparison during travel planning. Through this, now without manual searching, users can get booking according to their needs.
