Which are very beneficial for health. Often people roast the makhana and eat a little salt or masala and eat it. But do you know that many types of tasty and different dishes can also be made from Makhana. Such as laddus, chaat, pakoras, raita and salty mixtures. It is also easy to make all this and is also fun to eat, so let&#8217;s know 5 such Makhana recipes that will make new and healthy in your snack list. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Makhana Laddu &#8211;</strong> If you like sweet but also take care of health, then Makhana Laddu is the best option. These laddus can become a healthy choice especially for fast, festival or children&#8217;s tiffin. To make it, fry the makhana in a little ghee and grind it when it cools down. Make small laddus by mixing a little coconut powder, ghee and jaggery or palm paste. These laddus are not only tasty but also very energetic. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Makhana Chaat &#8211;</strong> In the evening, if you feel light hungry and want to eat some spicy, then try Makhana Chaat. It is also healthy and is also tremendous in the test. To make makhana chaat in the house, add boiled potatoes, curd, green and tamarind chutney, pale-tomatoes and some spices to make a makhana chaat. Add pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves on top. Now eat it. In every bite of this, you will get a tasty twist of crisp. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Makhana Raita &#8211;</strong>In summer, cold raita not only increases the test of food, but also gives relief to the body in coolness and digestion. Makhana Raita gives a different test and texture. To make it, fry the makhans in a little ghee and cool and mix it in curd. Add salt, black pepper, roasted cumin and fine coriander on top. Whether you have lunch or dinner, you can include it in your diet at any time. </p>

Makhana Pakoda &#8211;</strong> Everyone likes pakoras anyway, but very few people of Makhane have heard or eaten, they are very good for health as well as tasty. To make them, first of all, add spices like salt, chilli, celery etc. as per taste in gram flour and immerse roasted makhana and fry it in hot oil. If you want, you can also add potato or onion along with makhane. Now serve with tea. </p>

Makhana Namkeen Mixer &#8211;</strong> If you feel mild hungry and need some healthy snacks that can be taken anywhere, then Makhana Namkeen Mixter is best for you. To make it, fry makhana, peanuts, almonds, raisins and cashews in a little ghee. Add light salt, chaat masala and a little turmeric to it. Store this mixer in air tight compartment and eat whenever you want. </p>
