Indian Institute of Management i.e. IIM Mumbai, which is among the top institutes of the country, has provided a great job opportunity for the youth. The institute has issued recruitment notification for 10 posts of Management Trainee. The special thing is that the selected candidates will get the benefit of many additional allowances along with a good salary. A lot of enthusiasm is being seen regarding this recruitment among the youth looking for jobs. According to the notification issued by IIM Mumbai, recruitment will be done in different departments. These include one post each in Analytics and Decision Science, Operation and Supply Chain, Sustainable Management and OBHR Management. There will be recruitment for two posts in the marketing department and four posts in the administrative department. The institute has invited applications from such candidates who are energetic, active and have the ability to work in a professional manner.

Who can apply?

Candidates applying for these posts must have a good educational record. The candidate should have Master’s degree, B.Tech or any equivalent professional degree in the relevant field with at least 60 percent marks. Candidates who already have work experience will be given preference in selection. Apart from this, candidates doing PhD or planning to do further doctorate can also get benefit.

The maximum age limit for recruitment has been fixed at 32 years. However, for candidates who have PhD qualification or experience in the relevant field, the age limit can be increased to 35 years. With this decision, experienced candidates have also got the opportunity to apply.

Salary is also great

The biggest feature of this recruitment is considered to be its attractive salary. Selected candidates will be given a salary of Rs 35 thousand to Rs 45 thousand every month. Apart from this, Rs 8,000 housing allowance, Rs 2,000 travel allowance and Rs 500 mobile expense reimbursement will also be given.

This is how the selection will be done

Candidates will be selected through written examination, skill test or interview. After this the documents will be scrutinized and final selection will be made on the basis of merit list. The institute says that only eligible and better performing candidates will get the chance.

The online application process has started from 27th May. Interested candidates can apply till 16 June 2026. Candidates will have to complete the application process by visiting the official website of IIM Mumbai before 5 pm. Experts say that candidates should not wait for the last date, because there may be problems due to high traffic on the website at the last moment.
