The Indian Army, along with the Air Force, has launched a major joint multi-domain military exercise in the high Himalayan regions of Arunachal Pradesh. The objective of this exercise is to test the joint operational capability, coordination and precise firepower between the three armies. According to defense officials, this exercise will start from November 10 and continue till November 15.

War-like preparations in high mountain area
The exercise was reviewed by Lieutenant General Abhijeet S., General Officer Commanding (GoC) of 3 Corps. Pendharkar did it. He appreciated the excellent coordination and preparation shown between all the armies during this period. The exercise began with the deployment of advanced surveillance systems such as helicopters, UAVs, satellite resources and special forces teams to monitor enemy movements from all directions.

‘Precise War’ test with modern weapons
After detection of targets, they are being targeted through long-range rocket systems, medium artillery guns, armed helicopters, swarm drones, loitering munitions and kamikaze drones. This entire exercise is taking place in the electronic warfare area, so that the readiness of the soldiers in real war situations can be tested.

Next stage based on ‘Purvi Prahar’ and ‘Prachanda Prahar’
This exercise is an extension of the earlier ‘Eastern Strike’ (2024) and ‘Prachanda Prahar’ (2025) exercises. The objective of these operations was to test the joint strategy, command system and surveillance capabilities of the Air Force and Army.

Demonstration of India’s strategic strength and technological edge
Army spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Mahendra Rawat said that this exercise shows India’s joint military capability, precise operations and technological dominance. This proves that India has the ability to respond boldly and decisively to emerging threats on its borders.

Earlier, Indian security forces had started the tri-service military exercise ‘Trishul’ from 3 November. Major units of the Indian Navy, Air Force and Army were involved in this exercise. This exercise ran from 3 to 7 November in the areas of Rajasthan, Gujarat and North Arabian Sea.

There is already a stir in Pakistan regarding the exercise ‘Trishul’ to be conducted by the three armies of India (Naval, Army and Air Force) from October 30. India has already issued NOTAM (notice to air missions – NOTAM), but Pakistan is in such a panic that it has extended the scope of NOTAM to its entire airspace.

Almost the entire airspace of Pakistan has been closed. This step has been taken by Pakistan after the visit of its Navy Chief to Sir Creek area. The Indian Army, Navy and Air Force are going to conduct joint exercises in the border areas of Rajasthan and Gujarat (from October 30 to October 11).

This exercise of Indian forces will take place in the sea and also in desert areas. As a precautionary measure, ‘NOTAM’ was already issued by India, so that no aircraft gets hit by it. On the other hand, Pakistan itself has extended its scope to almost the entire country.

Rajnath Singh had warned
Pakistan Navy Chief visited Sir Creek last week and took stock of the preparations of his army. Earlier this month, Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had reached Sir Creek area and met the soldiers there. The Defense Minister had given a strict warning regarding increasing military infrastructure by Pakistan in Sir Creek area.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had warned Pakistan that they should not forget that a route through Sir Creek leads to Karachi. Any audacity on the part of the enemy in this area can change both its history and geography.

Strategy changed after Operation Sindoor
After Operation Sindoor, the Indian Armed Forces are active from the Indian Ocean to the Arabian Sea. Earlier, the Indian Navy had conducted joint exercises with the British Royal Navy. Recently, the Indian Air Force has successfully tested Advanced Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) on the Konkan coast and now all the three armies are going to conduct joint exercises.
