Manoranjan kalia case: The police has got a big success in the grenade attack case of BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia. Jalandhar Police has arrested the main accused Saidul Amin from Delhi with the help of central agencies and Delhi Police.

According to the police, accused Saidul Amin attacked the house of BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia on the intervening night of April 7 and 8. Within just 12 hours of the incident, two local colleagues who provided logistics assistance to the main accused were immediately arrested.

BJP Leader Manoranjan Kalia House Blast: There is a blast outside the house of BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia in Jalandhar, Punjab. A team of police is present on the spot and investigation is going on. Jalandhar DCP Manpreet Singh has said that the forensic team will inspect and report, the incident took place at the residence of Manoranjan Kalia.

Jalandhar Police Commissioner Dhanpreet Kaur said, “We got information about the blast here at around 1 pm, after which we reached the spot and started the investigation. The forensic team is investigating the case. We are also keeping an eye on CCTV. The forensic team is investigating whether it is a grenade attack or something else.”

BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia said, “There was a blast at around 1 pm. I was sleeping, I felt that it is a sound of thunder. Later I was told that there was a blast. After this I sent my gunman to the police station. CCTV is being investigated, forensic experts are also present here.”
