BSP supremo Mayawati posted on X and wrote- “The decision taken by the Central Government today to conduct ‘ethnic census’ along with the original census in the country was taken in the right direction.

Please tell that BSP supremo Mayawati also attacked the BJP on the issue of caste census. Along with this, he accused the Congress of pretending on this issue. Mayawati has been demanding to implement the ethnic census at the national level in her statements several times.

Mayawati also attacked the Congress over the issue of caste census. During this time, the BSP Chief had said that when the Congress government was at the Center, it neither got the caste census nor did he lobbly lobbied in the case of reservation in the court. Mayawati described it as the pretense of the Congress and asked people to be careful.

CM Yogi said that the decision to include caste census in the upcoming census by CCPA under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the overall interest of 140 crore countrymen is unprecedented and welcome. Along with this, SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav said that the decision of caste census is 90% PDA’s 100% win of solidarity. Due to the combined pressure of all of us, the BJP government is forced to take this decision.
