Mayor arrived late at the function

On the day of inauguration, a special program was organized regarding the first train journey. Taljomulco city mayor Quirino Velazquez was also to board the same train. But according to local reports the mayor arrived a little late at the function. Meanwhile, the doors of the train closed at the scheduled time and it left the platform.
