India on Thursday (September 11, 2025) urged their citizens not to accept proposals to join the Russian Army and demanded Moscow to stop recruiting Indian citizens in the Russian Army as assistant employees.

The Ministry of External Affairs (Mea) said that it has raised the matter before Russian officials at both Delhi and Moscow places. This step of New Delhi has come after reports that students and some Indians who came on commercial visa were forced to join Russian military units posted on the advance front of war in Ukraine.

Foreign Ministry spokesman gave information

The ministry has warned its Indian citizens not to accept proposals to join the Russian Army, as it contains risk and threats. Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said, ‘We have recently seen reports of recruitment of Indian citizens in the Russian Army. In the last one year, the government has underlined the risks and dangers contained in such action on several occasions and warned Indian citizens accordingly.

Jaiswal was answering media questions on this issue. He said, ‘We have also taken up the matter before Russian officials in both Delhi and Moscow places and requested that it be abolished and our citizens should be relieved. We are also in touch with the families of the affected Indian citizens. We once again urge all Indian citizens to stay away from any proposal to join the Russian Army, because this is a way full of dangers.

East of 126 Indian citizens were admitted to Russia’s army

The number of Indian citizens admitted by the Russian Army in recent months is not yet known. According to the official details, in the past 126 Indians were admitted to the Russian Army and 12 were killed. 96 Indians were relieved by Russian officials and 16 were declared missing.

PM Modi raised this issue during his visit to Russia

India has repeatedly requested Russia to relieve all Indians working as employees and employees in Russian military units. Last year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also raised this issue during his visit to Russia.

The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has rejected a report of the UK Parliamentary Committee on Friday (August 1, 2025). Under this report, India has been accused of involvement in the activities of the Transitional Republic (TNR) in Britain. Describing these claims made by Britain as baseless and baseless, the Ministry of External Affairs said that the basis of this report is suspicious and infamous people who have enmity with India.

Used to be.” He said, “The basis of this report is associated with restricted institutions and people, so the credibility of this report itself is questioned.”

In the report of British Parliamentary Committee Names of more than 10 countries including India included

It is noteworthy that the Joint Committee on Human Rights of the British Parliament (JCHR) published its report with the title of transnational repression in Britain. This report includes the names of many other countries of the world, including India, which have been accused of trying to suppress and silence people and communities in Britain. The report said that countries promoting TNR in the UK include Bahrain, China, Egypt, Irritria, India, Iran, Pakistan, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Turki and United Arab Emirates (UAE) and many evidences have also been found.

India-Bangladesh Relations: The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has made a statement on Thursday (May 29, 2025) to have a good relationship with Bangladesh. According to the PTI report, Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said that India wants to establish a positive and creative relationship with the neighboring country Bangladesh. Apart from this, he has also requested Dhaka to hold independent, fair and inclusive elections in the country.

During the weekly press briefing of the Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal said, “We want a good relationship with Bangladesh, to fulfill the wishes and interests of the people of both countries.” He said, “Bangladesh should also ensure the wishes and mandate of the people through inclusive, fair and independent elections in the country as soon as possible.”

Demonstrations to hold elections in Bangladesh

New Delhi’s remarks about the general elections to be held in Bangladesh have come at a time when government employees in Bangladesh have started protests at a new level and many political parties are demanding to conduct elections in the country by the end of this year.

Mohammad Yunus’s interim government sitting in power after protest against Sheikh Hasina

After a large -scale protests in Bangladesh last year and August last year, the then Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had to leave the country and take refuge in India. During this time, for the last nine months, the interim government led by Mohammad Yunus in Bangladesh has been assuming power.

In such a situation, when the pressure on the interim government is increasing for holding elections in the country, the Chief Advisor of the government, Mohammad Yunus, announced during his visit to Japan that the next general elections in the country will be held between December this year and June 2026 next year.

Mohammad Yunus held India responsible for the latest position of Bangladesh

Mohammad Yunus, the Chief Advisor of the Interim Government, blamed India for the latest situations in Bangladesh, to which the Indian Foreign Ministry now reacted. Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said, “The interim government of Bangladesh is trying to divert attention from the criticism caused by the situation and challenges in its country.

He said, “Whenever such statements come out, it seems that you want to divert people in some other direction by distracting the attention of people related to your power, but when you accuse others by saying that these external problems are caused by others, it does not solve that problem.”

Mea on pakistan’s PM statement: Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif had issued a statement saying that he wishes to talk with India including discussion on anti -terrorism issues. On this, India’s Foreign Ministry has given a bluntly reply to Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.

Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said on Thursday (May 29, 2025), “As far as our relations with Pakistan are concerned, our stand is completely clear.” He said, “Any relationship should be bilateral. We would also like to reiterate that terrorism and conversation cannot go together.”

Pakistan to hand over notorious terrorists to India- Ministry of External Affairs

Jaiswal said, “Pakistan will have to hand over all the notorious terrorists to India, whose records and list we had submitted to him a few years ago. Apart from this, the conversation on Jammu and Kashmir will happen only when Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) is completely empty and when Pakistan hands us this area.”

What did the spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs Speak on Indus Water Treaty,

He further said, “And as far as the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan is concerned, it will remain postponed until Pakistan renounces its support to cross -border terrorism. As Prime Minister Narendra Modi says that terror and conversation cannot run together, terror and business cannot run together, and water and blood cannot flow together.”

Negotiations about business and tariffs- Jaiswal

Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said, “The issue of trade or tariff did not arise in any discussion with Pakistan.” The Ministry of External Affairs has also clarified that the decision to stop firing from both sides was taken through direct contact between India and Pakistan Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) ‘.

Mea on indus water treatment with Pakistan: India has given a big statement about the Indus Water Agreement with Pakistan. India’s Foreign Ministry (Mea) has said that even after ceasefire, the Indus Water Agreement with Pakistan will remain postponed. Mea said that India will postpone the Indus Water Agreement until Pakistan stops its support for terrorism on the border.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said, “The Indus Water Agreement was discontinued in the spirit of goodwill and friendship specified in the preamble of the treaty. However, Pakistan has promoted these principles by promoting cross -border terrorism for decades. Now according to the decision of the Cabinet Committee on April 23, the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS), India will keep the Retrical support as per the support of Pakistan, as per the decision of Pakistan, Pakistan will remain until the Pakistan border Does not abandon reliable and irreversible. “

India’s favor is to solve any issue with Pakistan in a bilateral manner- Mea

He said, “We have been the national side for a long time that India and Pakistan have to resolve any issue related to the Indian Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. There has been no change in this policy. As you know, the pending case is only to vacate the Indian region illegally occupied by Pakistan.”

Operation Sindoor reduced Pakistan’s strength- Randhir Jaiswal

The Foreign Ministry spokesman said, “As a result of Operation Sindoor last week, Pakistan has seen its terrorist centers being destroyed in Bahawalpur, Muridke, Muzaffarabad and other places. After this, we have reduced its military capabilities to a great extent and effectively neutralized the major airbase. If the Pakistani Foreign Minister wants to present it as achievements.”

Pakistan’s notes from India’s retaliation- Randhir Jaiswal

Randhir Jaiswal said, “As far as India is concerned, our attitude was clear and consistent from the beginning. We will target the terrorist structure operated by Pakistan. If the Pakistani army stayed out of it, there would not have been a problem. By the night of Friday (May 9), Pakistan was threatening a big attack and on the morning of Saturday (May 10), when their efforts failed and they failed to face their vigor and their virtue of India. DGMO finally approached us. “
