This thing has not just been proved by scientific research. Many research from all over the world show that between 6 am and 12 o&#8217;clock in the afternoon, the most cases of heart attack come up. <p style="text-align: justify;">According to a study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, the risk of heart attack from 6 am to 12 noon is about 40 percent more. At the same time, a report by BBC Health states that the heart muscle in the morning heart attack is 20 to 25 percent more damage, compared to the attacks in the evening or night.</p>

Get enough sleep and avoid waking up late at night. If you already have heart disease, take medicines on time according to the doctor&#8217;s advice&#8221;. Morning time is the most sensitive for our heart. In such a situation, the risk of heart attack can be reduced to a great extent by adopting caution and healthy routine.</p>
