If it is not taken care of for a long time, then it can cause serious diseases like heart attack, stroke and blood pressure. Cholesterol is essential for the body, but when it increases in excess, it becomes dangerous.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Cholesterol enhancing habits- </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Consumption of more junk food</strong><br />Fast food and deep fried things found in the market are full of trans fat and saturated fat. Eating burgers, pizza, french fries and packed snacks repeatedly increases the level of poor cholesterol (LDL).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Highly sweet and refined carbs</strong><br />Sweet things, cold drinks, cakes and white bread contain high sugar, which affects blood sugar as well as cholesterol levels.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Get regular check</strong><br />Get lipid profile tests done from time to time. If needed, take medicine with the advice of a doctor.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ignoring high cholesterol can prove dangerous. Wrong catering, lifestyle and stress are the main reasons. If diet, exercise and healthy habits are adopted in time, then cholesterol can be controlled and heart health can be protected for a long time.</p>
