Sonam Raghuvanshi, wife of the main accused Raja in the murder of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, may file a bail petition in front of the Judicial Magistrate of Sohra Sub-Division today (September 12). Arrest after investigation
The SIT arrested Sonam Raghuvanshi, Raj Kushwaha and three killers from Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh within a week after investigating the entire case. Apart from this, three other associate accused – Silom James (Property Dealer), Lokendra Tomar (Flat owner) and Balbir Ahirwar (Security Guard) were also arrested. All three were accused that they had helped in eradicating and hiding evidence. At present, all three accused are out on bail.

According to the statement issued by the police, allegations have been made against Sonam Raghuvanshi, Raj Kushwaha, Akash Singh Rajput, Vishal Singh Chauhan and Anand Kurmi under sections 103 (1) (murder), 238 (A) (eradication of evidence) and 61 (2) (criminal conspiracy).
